This is my 2nd pair of Luxreader sunglasses. I've pushed the boat out a little and gone for their zingy Crystal Lemon frames which is not normally me but I love them. I've been using glasses for more than 30 years and I've been through more than a few pairs in that time but I can honestly say that the quality and precision of these frames matches anything I've paid many 100's of £'s for via my opticians. The superiority of the lenses completes what is a great pair of sunglasses. As Arnie says - I'll be back!

I has been looking for some new reading glasses and ordered three from Luxreaders. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived very soon after. No complaints there.

When I unpacked the glasses one by one I was delighted with the quality feel of the frames and the lenses looked excellent too. Unfortunately, each of the frames was bent, leaving the temples completely misaligned. I couldn’t wear two of them because they were so bad. The third was better but not good enough.

I have returned them but I am still waiting for the refund (it’s only been a couple of days since posting). Will I give this company another chance? I highly doubt that. After this experience I think there is a severe problem with quality control.

I love my Luxreaders glasses! The unique design and light yellow colour caught my eye, and the price made it worth the gamble. Luckily, they suit me perfectly. They're stylish, light, and stay in place all day. Shipping from Denmark to the UK was just as fast as buying online locally. If you find a pair you like, go for it—the quality is excellent!

Delighted to receive my reading glasses, but very disappointed that the left leg is loose and keeps coming apart 😢🙄

Glasses were okay but not special at all. Although I’d ordered the women’s styles they were far too wide and my fat faced husband is using them now.

They are too big, wide & fall off, I struggle to keep them on

This company is an absolute joke. They took my money IMMEDIATELY, but when it comes to actually delivering the product? NOTHING. No updates, no tracking, just silence. TOTAL SCAM.

Tried reaching out to their so-called “support”—what a disaster. No response, no help, just auto-replies and ghosting. It’s like they took my money and disappeared into thin air. Fraudulent and unprofessional.

If you enjoy being ripped off and treated like garbage, by all means, order from Luxreaders. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I will be reporting them for fraud and advising everyone I know to steer clear.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Lux Readers over six working days ago, but I still haven’t received them. According to the tracking information, Royal Mail has the package and was supposed to deliver on Saturday , but when I contacted them, they said they aren’t sure when it will be delivered and advised me to reach out to Lux Readers.

The challenge is that Lux Readers doesn’t have a direct contact number, and their website only offers an automated system where you fill out a form, expecting a response. I’ve done this twice in two days but haven’t heard back yet.

I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and customer support would make a big difference!
