Leuk horloge om te zien, moeilijk te connecten met mijn gsm een Samsung galaxy ultra s23. Veel geld voor zo'n flut smartwatch. Zeggen dat het glas kras bestendig is, had er de 1ste dag meteen een vette kras inzitten maar waarvan mag Joost weten. Niet kopen, zijn oplichters.

Sent me the watch with the wrong strap. They take 24hrs to reply in email. I have been asking for a refund but keep avoiding the situation. I'm not happy with the watch it's like a cheap £3 one from temu. Plus it took 4 weeks for delivery.

Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. Perhaps I’ve been lucky.
My watch arrived in 7 days (yes- from China- so what- almost everything is made there).
Really solid construction, easy to link to my android phone and set up. Soo much nicer than the more expensive Fitbit I had previously. All the functions I’m using seem to be spot on. Love the fact that I can change the screen to suit my mood.

Mijn horloge doet het prima. Ik had ook een probleempje met het koppelen maar heb hen om hulp gevraagd en kreeg de volgende dag keurig antwoord met een tip. Scan de QR code op de achterkant van de doos en download de app. Klik op de app om verbinding te maken. En denk er ook aan bleutooth aan te zetten op je horloge.
Het blijkt dat er 2 apps zijn met de naam runmefit.
En deze deed het wel.

Wat een baggerbedrijf, oplichters zijn het.
Als je netjes terug wilt sturen krijg je geen contact, Stuur je het terug naar de afzender blijkt dat een distributiecentrum te zijn en mag je alsnog betalen, want zij hebben niets ontvangen.
Via Klarna hoef je geen hulp te verwachten, die staan aan de kant van dit malafide bedrijf. Ook na eerdere keren telefonisch contact met Klarna geen hulp. Dat bedrijf leek vertrouwen te geven.

Het horloge connect niet en werkt dus niet naar behoren met een telefoon samen. Uiteindelijk ben je je geld
gewoon kwijt. Dikke zucht en drie
maanden chagrijn hierover verder en de kosten van het horloge gewoon kwijt.
Geen enkele ster waard.
Oplichters!!!

Kontakt Luxosmart een probleem.
Een Karley reageert maar begrijpt niets van de Nedelandse taal. Dit ook aangegeven bij Klarna.nl. Met Klarna 3x gebeld over problemen, . . maar ook nog geen reactie, jammer dat men het niet oplost!

Een grote bende van oplichters! Een smartwatch ontvangen die niet overeen komt met de afbeeldingen op de website. Retourneren is niet mogelijk. Schandalig dat een organisatie als Klarna zich hieraan verbind. Dit wekt vertrouwen maar in feiten hebben we hierin te maken met keiharde oplichters.

Please please don't buy this item ,its a scam ,faulty items the worst customer service known to man ,its bullying day light robbery ,u have zero rights with this company ,I don't understand how they are still operating and just getting peoples hard earned cash for faulty good with no return am so sad 😢

Som många andra skrivit. Värdelös kundtjänst. Vägrar uppge returadress utan vill att jag behåller klockan mot 5% rabatt. Klockan fungerar inte. Den räknar inte kcal som den ska, den läser inte av mina rörelser korrekt utan hävdar att jag gått 500 steg innan jag ens klivit ur sängen bara för att jag rört mig i sömnen osv osv. KÖP DEN INTE!

Sadly there is no 0 as 1 is too much for my experience with them. First of all is not UK company is Chinese. The product is faulty and they new this all along. Took forever to get the correct address for return, as many others have said the company tried to persuade me to keep that watch. I have returned and despite the fact it was not working and they are laying that they are UK company I had to pay for postage and for them to collect the returned item from China's customs. Scam all along. Be aware.

Santander blocked my card from this site and it seems like they did me a big favour.

Bought this watch from them, and an hour later we decided to buy an Apple Watch and skipped this one.
We sent an email but they said that is already in transit!!! An hour after we bought this watch!
After a few emails to them. They finally gave me an address to China which is NOT EXISTING!!! Spoke with person from FedEx!

I also fell for this scam. I have been asking for a week to tell them how to return the watch, which looks cheap. They've been telling me the same thing to keep the watch and they'll give me £25 in I don't know what. They respond super rudely, forcing you to keep the watch, I prefer to pay the return and lesson learned.

This is a scamming company from China that was operating under the Bogasen brand until September 2023
They shut it down because of all the complaints about cheap products that were not working and their return policy. They are now operating under this new brand. Beware and DO NOT ORDER anything from them.

This company is scamming customers. The watch is terrible and can be bought for way less on other websites. Luxo smart is a scam just like "bogasen" was before they changed the name to luxo.

You will spend weeks trying to get your money back and then they just won’t reply to you.

I also fell for this scam. Watch took a week to arrive, load of rubbish, arranged return, paid £18 delivery for return, waited 2 months, they kept saying dont worry its still in transit, now they say its in customs and I have to pay £25 customs fees. I kind of think the custom line is a lie, they have the return and want £25 to keep for themselves, so for everyone who returns the watch they get £25, thats how they make their money. Watch cost £115, lost out on £42, thats if I get the difference refunded. I told them if they advertise they are from China, then I wouldnt have ordered it and gone through this 3 month ordeal, they ignore my comments, but this is all part of the scam. I usually research every thing I buy thoroughly, but this one time I didnt because of that best smartwatch review webpage that seems to have attracted lots of people. Lesson learnt

Ik had niet in de gaten dat dit een Chinees bedrijf betrof (had anders nooit besteld). Klokje is helaas wat te groot maar terugsturen is op eigen kosten en is maar de vraag of t aankomt, dikke afrader hier iets te kopen dus !!
