Totally bad watch! If you sleep during the day or early evening it is not register your sleep. Also calory counting is just based on your steps, it does not know how much calories you use when you are in 'rest'.
Sending it back costs you 40 euro from Holland, so DON'T buy this terrible watch!!

I would give it a zero but you can't! Not compatible at all with Samsung S22. Can't Bluetooth the watch to your phone. Customer service want you to video what's wrong. Has not connected correctly since I received it. I wouldn't even bother. Saw a Independant review saying it was great well in my opinion they were paid! Shocking smart phone

Like others here I ordered one of these watches based on a review site and paid £108 for a smartwatch and spare strap. Watc/strap duly arrived within 4 days from an address in London. Then the problems started. Tried to link the watch to an i phone but failed. Contacted their web site and was sent an email with instructions on how to link the watch but it still wouldn’t work. Contacted Luxo who over the course of 3 separate emails tried to get me to keep the watch offering me first 5 then 10 then 15% discount. This I refused stating that the watch is not ‘fit for purpose’ and asked for a refund together with an address request. Very evasive and said I couldn’t return the item to the London address as it was just a despatch address and they couldn’t guarantee its return. More emails followed where they informed me that to return the item to China would involve the expense of international duty and a Customs fee and once returned the watch would be checked and an amended fee would be refunded depending on the condition of the watch (which had been unused). I eventually managed to squeeze a return address from them in Guangzhou. Item sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £14, with tracking request which showed that the watch was received in the local Sorting Office in China on the 10th January for onward transmission to Luxo. Yesterday I wrote to Luxo asking for an update and when to expect a refund. The reply I received was that the item has not been received by them and to contact the sorting office in China!!! Luxo clearly don’t want to give me a refund and are doing everything they can to fob me off! Please please avoid Luxo at all costs as you’ll end up out of pocket. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. As of today (8th February) Luxo still refuse to give me a refund. And still trying to ‘fob me off’. Appalling company to deal with. Can’t see me getting any refund or apology. Stay well away from this shower. Best place for their items is in the waste bin!
As of today (14th Feb ‘24) Luxo are still telling me that they have not received my package. Still decline to refund my money. Ladies/gentlemen please stay well away from this company. Money certainly not well spent as it appears I won’t be getting my money back.

I'll give it 4 stars for now as I received it today... Having just walked the dogs in walk mode the data was almost exact to my partners fitbit sense.. The quality at first glance is good the strap is a comfortable silicone material and the watch itself compared to fitbits sense is by far more modern..

The app is good with plenty of information so thus far I can't understand the negative reviews. Off to the gym tmoz so I'll see if the calorie count and heart rate monitor match up with my old fitbits data.. So time will tell! So far so good. Its comfortable and modern with great features. :)

If its on point tmoz I'll upgrade to 5 stars.

Luxo is an utter set of conartists. I bought a smart watch for £109. I read about the watch on a review site and used the link to luxo. The item comes quickly as it comes from a warehouse in the UK. But as soon as it arrives you find the watch is poor. It disconnects from the the phone. You miss calls and messages. It's basically just a watch that tells the time, so pointless as a smart watch. When you try contacting luxo they never ask questions you ask and just advise to reload the app and reconnect. So hard to get an address to send it back to. Please avoid this company like the plague.

The data recording is really poor. Step count is incorrect. Sleep analysis is very very poor. States I'm sleeping/deep sleep when I'm wide awake and using the watch and app. The oxygen levels and heart rate seem to be out of sync and the mood sits at 'happy' 'you're doing good' which doesn't match the mai or balance. I've contacted the company and they blame this on syncing with the app and they've sending instructions to me (this is basic and the manual was informative to set up and reset) the apps is synced yet the device seems to disconnect which you manually have to update via the app - again interfering with continual records as there are gaps. Customer service keep ignoring the return request and after a couple weeks they have explained the cost to me for the return without the return address or instructions - they will do anything to avoid this. Seems like a data scam to me. Wish I'd bought a cheaper one from the UK/Europe - it was unknown to me these were from China until I argued for the tracking details as the website claims it has UK based. This is a full blag - you're better off buying absolutely anything else... Avoid this company and there pretty website and £109 cost - it's not a quality item... This is available on temu for quarter of the price! I may have considered a partial refund though the customer service is so poor and ignorant and money grabby - they don't care for customer satisfaction

It's odd that the reviews are so bad. My coincern after I bought the watch was largely caused by the reviews. Whe nit arrived it was well packaged and seems to work well. My only reservation is that the support information is a little thin, even on the app (which otherwise works perfectly). It's worth the money a better approach to marketing and support would be a goiod investment for the company. This after using the watch for more than a month.

Bought this crap for a Christmas present, never again will I buy from this so called UK company. it just doesn't work as it should keeps on changing data, time, and clock face. I am not going to send it back, I am going to get my £109 pleasure by smashing it up with a hammer. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH. You have been warned!!!!

I have no idea why the bad reviews. It was delivered in less than a week. The instructions to install the app and use the watch are extremely easy. It took me 5 minutes. The watch looks good and does what is supposed to do. I think is great. My experience so far is 5 starts. I bought belts in 3 colours. I love it.

Do not buy watch here!! This is not a uk product, it is from China, the watch price is not match the quality.
Of course, you can have a watch if it works, then you may see some people give good review. But in case, it does not working or you do not like it. You want to return it, then you have lots of trouble, first you need to pay yourself to return the order to China, and you asked them the return address, then they don’t tell you directly, ask you to keep it. They say that you need to pay international shipping cost yourself, do not return. Then if you can get your money back or not, it is another story! I will keep update here. So far I am in the stage of asking return.

The current experience tell: Do not buy here and also you pay more then it worths. I need to pay 125 euro, but it doesn’t worth it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. What an absolute scam. Similar to other reviews, the item arrived and before even opening the box I knew the item would be appalling quality so I requested a refund. I paid through Klarna and raised the issue with them. Luxo smart email back with some ludicrous information saying the item is good quality and are pressuring me to cancel the dispute with Klarna to receive 15% refund. Abusive customer service and abysmal quality products. Do not buy from this scam company.

TL;DR: terrible product and worse customer service.

If you are looking for an effective smart watch or fitness tracker, avoid this company like you would the plague.

The measurements are inaccurate: the blood pressure is out by at at least 20mmHg, the pulse is at least 10bpm higher than it actually is and the sleep tracker managed to miss out on at least 2 hours sleep.

The customer service is atrocious: I've complained to them and their attitude is, basically, tough. They won't refund the cost until the product is referred to them. Now I'm ok with that, but they are refusing to give me an address to send the product back to and I'll have to pay the charges associated with the return. Realistically, it's not cost effective to return it so I'm stuck with this useless tracker.

The website is really good. The rest is terrible. I ask to return watch as it was unfit for purpose. To return you have to pay custom duty return post etc so the refund would be worthless. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Absolutely appalling company. The watch came, its definitely not worth the £109 paid. After looking further into it you can literally buy the exact same one on TEMU for £18.
The watch came, was faulty within 24hrs of use, wouldn't turn back on.
Customer service is appalling expecting me to pay international shipping fees, customs fees, clearance fees and restocking fees. To return an item that doesn't even work. Everything advertised on their website is absolute lies!!

De utlovades leverans innan jul. Den kom två veckor efter. Försökte avbeställa men fick inte kontakt med kundservice. Efter ett tag fick jag ett standardsvar, översatt med Googletranslate att den var på väg.
Har tack och lov valt att betala med Klarna, får först betal sen. Betalningen är pausad och trots erbjudande om -5% rabatt, -10% och slutligen -15% så har jag nu skickat tillbaka klockan. Det kostade 230kr men känns värt det mot att få en dålig klocka!
Adressen till Kina var katastrofalt lång, allt för att man inte ska orka skicka tillbaka antar jag.

Like others the watch (fitness tracker) arrived after a couple of weeks. Straight away we could see the flimsy construction and probably cost £5 or less to make. You have to email them to ask for a return address. We’ve had three responses so far from them, no address provided although they offered a £5 refund if we keep it!!

If anyone does have the return address could you share it please.

Terrible customer service, watch is ugly and charger really rubbish design, not at all happy and definitely would not recommend. Try and return and they make every excuse possible!
