I bought this watch in 2023 and doing great. The battery even lasted longer than it said. I do not use all the function, just time, walking steps and sometimes receiving calls. It's been about 4 years and I love the product.

-- terug sturen was niet mogelijk, daarvoor was de klacht niet goed genoeg ,koop nooit weer z'n horloge

Na lang afwegen van meerdere smartwatches ging ik voor deze, na goede recensies te lezen van professionals. De mooie prijs was een extra meevaller. Ik ben 3 maand heel tevreden geweest. Dan plots valt de smartwatch uit. Deze was niet in diep water geweest, was niet gevallen en volledig opgeladen. Ik diende hierover meerdere vragen in via de website maar kreeg nooit reactie terug. Na lang (!) zoeken vond ik plots een mailadres, dewelke ik meteen probeerde. Ze zeiden dat de garantietermijn verstreken was en ze dus niets kunnen doen. Beetje ontgoocheld stuurde ik een reactie terug. Wat blijkt: mailadres bestaat niet meer. Ik check de website en deze is ook spoorloos.
Ik dacht dat ik pure pech had met mijn smartwatch, maar met hun mail en plots verdwijnen van mailadres en website ruikt dit naar pure oplichterij!

This smart watch is a Big Scam. Their watches do not work as they claim to be. They will ask you to return to China and you will pay all costs. Their ploy is to offer you 5% discount to appease you.

DO NOT buy from this company. Yet another sham product. All reviews previous to purchase were good. Now 4months on, the watch is not doing half of what it should. The address of the company is a pub in Worcester. Please do not waste your money like most of us have in these reviews.

These smart watchs there selling do not work as described. They are an just a overpriced pedometer.
I originally purchased 2 both didn't work, had paid freight and tracking, company has received 6 months later and over 40 emails no refund, no product, no money, last email was saying be patient. Now they don't respond.
Do not recommend dealing with luxo smart watch.

Grote brol,na 3 maanden stuk.
Nochtans gebruikt door mijn echtgenote op pensioen.
Dus geen zware risico’s voor horloge.

I was very dissatisfied with my luxo watch and wanted to return it for a refund. They kept offering me a % off my next purchase. Finally they accepted that I wanted a refund - then came the angonising to and froing to get a return address. Finally I was given an address in China. I returned the watch and tracked it to China. After several emails re paying the duty they agreed to pay the duty and deduct the $25 from my refund. My refund hasn't arrived but I continue to harass them with emails demanding my refund. I bought this watch after it was given top smart watch on a smart watch review website. I wish I could remember which website it was but it was definately one of the trusted ones!! Don't touch this company as they are untrustworthy and a digrace.

This is my 4th luxo watch. Absolutely terrible. Just stops working. Numerous issues. They won't give money back, just keep sending a new watch. The latest one lasted about 3 weeks before going wrong.
Now they've blocked my emails!!

I bought one of these watches in December 2023. Never worked from the start. Watch returned in January 2024 and still waiting to get a refund. Keep getting fobbed off with various excuses, the last one on the 26th July where they told me that the matter had been forwarded to the Finance Dept for process. Still waiting - wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. My latest email has been returned as ‘undeliverable’ so I’m not holding much hope of a refund. Awful customer service. Keep away from this shower at all cost.
Update 02/09/2024 - when I’ve tried again to contact this company via their email address my emails now keep getting returned as ‘not delivered’ - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS COMPANY. It looks like I won’t be getting a refund and I’ve lost my money!!!!

Ik heb de watch nu al enkele maanden en doet wat hij hoort te doen. Ben er erg tevreden over. En al die mensen die klagen koop dan gelijk een iwatch of samsung watch. Het achtergrondje kan je zelf aanpassen met je eigen foto's. Hij werkt perfect samen met mijn samsung A55

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not fall for the fake advertisement, this company is a scam. The item fails to stay connected to device, the heart rate reading is far from accurate (apparently an average 170bpm), you cannot use the watch to response to messages or answer calls. After advising the company and providing proof, they refused to refund and stated the best they would do is 15%…. They do not take accountability for their faulty product. Waste of money.

DONT BUY FROM HERE! you get the same watches in other legit and popular shopping sites at the price 5 times lower than here. I don't think this company has potential to improve. I placed an order on 14th April, 2024 by reading some fake review in different site which put it on the top. I made an error by putting the wrong address, but I immediately emailed (Email is the only way of conversation) them saying I want to change my address. But to my surprise they said they can't change the address as the product is already shipped which was fair enough. But when I asked further about how am I suppose to get it if the wrong address is used, then they asked me for the correct address, I gave them the correct one with the hope they will change it and I waited for a month. After that I tracked with tracking number and the shipment was still going towards the wrong address. I emailed them informing about the issue, they asked me for the correct address again. And this continued for 5 times. I had to give them the correct address for five times after which I received the watch on 3rd August, 2024.

In april 2 horloges opgestuurd gekregen. Terwijl ik er 1 besteld heb. Na het lezen van alle reviews beide horloges retour gestuurd. Verzendkosten invoerrechten alles voor eigen kosten. Verzendlabels en douanelabels per mail verzonden. Tot op heden geen reacties van deze oplichterij. En krijg wel aanmaningen van dat ik 1 horloges moet betalen. Inmiddels 10 mailtjes gestuurd met 0 reacties. Wat een bedrijf ... 150 euro betalen voor een horloge die ik niet eens in mijn bezit heb..
Het terugsturen was al een mega probleem om de adresgegevens te krijgen. Steeds reactie dat het niet mogelijk was en ik korting kon krijgen op de horloges.
Lesje geleerd nooit never niet meer op deze manier iets bestellen.
Advies bestel op betrouwbare sites en lees eerst reviews en doe zelf onderzoek.

Jumped in with both feet after reading fake reviews! As soon as it came from China I smelt a rat! Disconnects from watch at the slightest excuse, and is a pain to pair up again. £120 wasted. Steer clear.

I don’t get all the bad reviews, my watch is fine. No better or worse than the Fitbit. Tells the time, has a few cool gadgets. Tracks my steps. I like the find your phone and all the watch faces options.

These watches are crap and the customer support is just as good
