As of 6/12/2023 this still isnt resolved. They just ignore my questions. And then don't reply for days. Avoid at all costs! This is not a UK. And any problems you have will be ignored! The watch took really long in arriving and they wouldn't let me cancel. Told me to reject delivery but it was posted through letterbox. So i thought ok its here now lets just keep it. It wouldnt sync to my phone and i tried every thing. Followed all the instructions. Then it was measuring my sleep pattern all wrong. Data is very inaccurate on it. So i reset it again, and again same thing. Contacted them and they told me to do what i'd already done. I said i wanted to return it as its not fit for purpose and essentially defective. They offered me a 10% discount. I rejected that as its no use to me. Then they said if i return it i will have to pay postage and customs charges and 15% restock fee. So i questioned this as its a faulty item. All my questions got ignored, and they asked me if i had received it, like theres a whole email trail can they not see that. They then offered 15% discount for me to keep watch again i rejected. Then the same thing have i received the item. *facepalm moment* and now their emails are not going through. Dont trust them at all. When i questioned their bad reviews they said they are all fake and its their competitors that are doing it. I can assure you i am not a competitor.

Have been trying to return the watch because after receiving it with the wrong colour strap & after reading reviews I have some serious doubts about this product/company. Cannot get a return address out of them and they started blocking my emails today to deliberately prevent communication. How do I get my money back ?

The bezel fell off the watch, I've tried to contect them via the app, no response and via the support email which just gets bounced back. I'll take this up with my credit card company.

I rashly ordered this watch on Oct 4 after reading the reviews online. Paid with my card THEN did some more searching online . Horrified to read the reviews on Trustpilot and cancelled my card immediately fearing a scam .
Surprise surprise watch arrived today (14th) and all looks to be in order . Too early to comment on function and performance but pleasantly surprised to actually receive the thing. Watch this space .

24 hr update . Arrived after 10:days , well packaged , instructions and set up dead easy . Linked to my iPhone and everything functioning as it should within 20 mins . Chose a watch face from the wide selection , everything looking good . Can’t really see any problem with the company or the product so have to give a 5 star review so far .

Het horloge besteld en keurig op tijd.
Alles geïnstalleerd volgens de beschrijving. Leek echt goed. Echter valt steeds de verbinding weg. Hij connect wel met de telefoon, maar kan geen WhatsApp en telefoon ontvangen. Van alles geprobeerd. Gereset, in de hoop dat het dan wel zou werken. Helaas.
Een email gestuurd en het verhaal uitgelegd en dat ik hem terug wil sturen. Volgens de test kan dit zonder opgaaf van reden.
Ik heb wel uitgelegd waarom ik het terug wil sturen. Ik krijg elke dag keurig antwoord, maar moet nu een video gaan maken. Dit is niet te doen, soms na 5 minuten, soms na 20 minuten, dat de verbinding weg valt. Heb herhaaldelijk gevraagd om het adres, maar krijg het niet.
Het is dus niet zo, dat je het zonder opgaaf van reden terug kunt sturen en je geld terug krijgt.

I ordered this and after a week read the reviews. Thought I’d been ripped off but it eventually came after 3 weeks and is a brilliant watch.
Thought company was in U.K. but it’s in China so that’s why delivery took so long.

Absolutely not worth it I have a watch of Amazon that was £100 cheaper and Is better, this watch misses out half of my run (measured on the treadmill) it also misses out steps around the house but yet I wake up with steps taken?? Aswell as this the thing calls me at 2 am very other day when my phone is off! I contacted them to sort it to be told it’s my arm swing - seriously pathetic, and apparently their watch doesn’t call people!! Well mine does and they won’t even change it! Avoid it not worth the box it comes in!

The lies this company tell are outrageous. They’re not UK based, they’re in China.
After discovering this was a scam I emailed the company telling them
I didn’t want the product and they said they’d already shipped it even though I contacted them within 5 minutes of the original order so that was clearly a blatant lie.

The watch has arrived, I haven’t opened it, I shall send it back which is going to cost me money to return to China and they said they will only give me 85% of my money back.

It’s not the money that bothers me, it’s the principle. This company are disgusting liars and should be closed down immediately.

I paid with Klarna and have been in touch with them but the person I spoke to at Klarna was foreign and I couldn’t understand what was being said so I didn’t get any assistance there either.

I feel so, so angry about this and clearly so do many others who have also been taken in by these con merchants. 🤬🤬

I have to say I've received my Luxo watch. It did take a week to arrive. Looks and feels good. My very first smart watch so finding my way around it at the moment. So far it I've been able access tunes and all of the fitness bits seem to be recording .. ie heartbeat, steps etc.

I've just emailed as not sure how to make calls via the watch. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out.

watch failed within 2 weeks , they will not return emails despite offering 90days return service

As somone has previously said this site used to be called bogasen, i reported that company to Google who have since closed it down, I have now reported luxosmart.uk to Google and hope it also gets shut down along with the bogus review website bestwelike.com. company is a complete scam !

Total scammers.
Don’t buy from them they are based in China not the U.K.
I cancelled a hour after ordering and they lied by saying it was all ready shipped,
Customer services are a waste of time.
Will not be accepting delivery.

I ordered the watch as someone mentioned earlier on a website that ranked this the top smartwatch. I have still not received my order. I sent them a message and a useless tracking reference was sent to me. I now have a very bad feeling about this. I have contacted Klarna and they want me to contact them again, if I do not receive my order. At least I can request a hold on the balance two payments on Klarna.

Just to let other customers who have ordered this watch know that I finally received my watch today after sending several emails and threatening them with solicitors. The watch seems okay, I actually paid for 2 extra straps but these have not arrived yet. Hopefully other people on this review site will also receive their watches too, I was given a tracking number showing that the watch had to make a long journey from China!

Just an update to my earlier review. My watch has just arrived plus a spare watch strap, not sure what it's like yet but am pleased that the actual watch does exist!

Watch is actually really good, no complaints, lots of sports settings to record activities, battery life very good (I don't use it for calls though), seems quite accurate at recording steps and sleep, really like it.

On seeing the reviews on Trust-pilot, I wished I’d done more research before making a purchase. I’d hoped speaking to the bank first thing the day after I’d placed my order, they would intervene and cancel the payment as it was still pending. Because I paid by Debit card they will not do anything until 15 days has passed. If I start a fraudulent transaction enquiry my account would be frozen. No direct debits would be paid out and I will not be able to have access to my money or use my card. If I’d paid on a credit card, would resolve straight away. The site is deceptive, thinking it’s based in the UK, it’s definitely not! Receipt time, obviously a different time zone. It’s definitely Chinese. Surprise surprise, tracking, no information yet. I’m gutted, times are hard and I’d been given some money as a gift to treat myself. I hope this helps as this sort of scam is sole destroying.

Finally my luxo watch is with royal mail being delivered Friday, after sending 15 emails and getting a load of lies in return, I dread to think what the quality of the watch is like, tried to get in touch with the reviewers of the watch I think it's a scam review

Think I read the same watch review site where it said this was the best watch. Looked for other reviews for this watch, couldn’t find any, or anywhere else that sells it, only the reviews on this page, wish I did more research first. So I ordered a watch last Thursday, then saw these reviews, emailed to cancel on Saturday, today Monday they have replied to say they can’t cancel as it’s been shipped. Tracking says it’s being delivered, we shall see. It’s pretty dishonest to not declare where the order is coming from as I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was coming from china. Did not receive official email to say it’s been shipped. Will I have to pay import tax upon receipt? I will update if it arrives. UPDATE# the watch arrived 7 days after order. I’m not overly impressed for £109. looking at demos of other watches Fitbit for example, seem better than this. Screen supposed to turn on when I touch the screen, it doesn’t, you have to connect the app Bluetooth to the watch, not the phone Bluetooth, but if you want to control anything on your phone like calls, voice assistant, music, you then have to connect to phone Bluetooth. Bit confusing, can’t get Bluetooth phone feature to work with both options, not sure if this is the case for all smart watches? When you slide screen to see other options, have to swipe a few times at times to get it to move. I don’t want to faf about reconnecting it to Bluetooth. I think I’ll return this and get a watch that connects to Wi-Fi. let’s see how much it costs to return to china.
