The blind we ordered (Luminette) is absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted. The installer did a fantastic job too. I will be getting more of these for my other rooms down the track.

My back patio glass window covering has been long overdue for a make-over OMG the LUMISHADES have transformed this room beyond my belief. I would never have had the courage to choose the colour without their expert help.

Just had Vertical Blinds installed in our kitchen and outdoor roller blind awning replaced .
Excellent workmanship polite helpful installers .
Very please with the end result and the Tradesmen left everything clean and tidy.

The whole process was so easy and professional.
From the measure and quote to the timing and installation.
I was kept up-to-date and contacted prior to installation.
Instal was clean and prompt with instructions and information left with me
I have definitely had lovely comments on how good my blinds are and I love the light airy look of my rooms, without the heat of glaring sun

We were very impressed with the consultant who understood what we wanted straight away. His advice was very helpful .
The young man who did the installation of the blinds was well presented , polite and very efficient at his job.

At initial enquiry
At initial enquiry, we were given excellent information to consider and showroom well set up. The measuring up and final selection was done on the planned date. Once again great information and a great range of samples, made the process of making a selection very easy. The installation was done in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard. We are delighted with Luxaflex Gepps Cross from initial enquiry to project completed and would have no hesitation in recommending them

Went into the show room at Gepps Cross not sure what we wanted but Nick Hambour went thru the options and we are very happy with the result of his recommendation. Installation was trouble free

Donna is amazing
I had a great experience except three of my blinds were the wrong size so I only got 4 of the 7 installed and then had to wait several weeks for the right ones. They arrived today. Donna was amazing to deal with. She understood what I wanted and quoted me in several different options so that I could decide based on choice and somewhat price.
Taz, the installer, was polite, clean, quiet and efficient.

Vertical blinds installed, no fuss.
Just had vertical blinds made and installed to our home. The measure and quote was done very professionally, and a couple of weeks later the installation Was done expertly and very quickly. A great experience all round. Well done Luxaflex gepps cross.

Great Product
After a rocky start with the sales staff, we really like our new blinds. The installer was great plus they look and work awesome! I would definitely recommend the product.
