Great Experience – Quality Design and Top Customer Support

I recently ordered a design lamp from the Lumaz online shop and was really impressed with both the product and the customer service. The lamp is beautifully crafted and looks just as stunning in real life as it does online.

When I noticed a small scratch on one of the lampshades upon delivery, the Lumaz team responded quickly and handled the issue with great professionalism. They offered a fair solution, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to experience such responsive and customer-focused service these days!

All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Lumaz for both their high-quality products and excellent support.

Worst quality chinese junk

Worst quality chinese junk. They sell cheap knock-offs of items from reputable websites. Quality received is extremely bad. Please avoid. Reviews here are 100% fake.

Der Kronleuchter hat einen echt…

Der Kronleuchter hat einen echt einzigartigen und schönen Stil, ist hochwertig, und die kleinen Lichter daran sind total fein gemacht. Aufbauen war auch easy, und die Lieferung war fix. Bin echt zufrieden damit!

Lamp in ausgezeichneter Qualität

Die Lampe, die ich gekauft habe, ist echt top! Das Material ist schön schwer und hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Installation war auch easy. Das Licht ist angenehm weich - perfekt für Schlaf- oder Wohnzimmer. Für den Preis echt super, gefällt mir total!

Manipulierte Bilder auf der Internetseite

Modell Pirce Pendelleuchte für 280.--

Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass die Abbildungen auf der Internetseite einen täuschend echten Eindruck des Originaldesigns der Lampe vermitteln. (So als hätte man das Originalbild kopiert) Die gelieferte Lampe weicht jedoch in mehreren Punkten davon ab – insbesondere im Hinblick auf Material, Proportionen, Ausschnitte und Lichtwirkung. Leider gibt es keine Detailaufnahmen auf der Homepage, sonst hätte man sofort erkannt dass man hier getäuscht wird.

Die Differenzen zwischen den Bildern und dem tatsächlichen Produkt sind so erheblich, dass der Eindruck entsteht, das Produkt sei bewusst anders dargestellt worden.
Zusammenfassend entspricht die gelieferte Lampe in keiner Weise der Darstellung auf Ihrer Webseite. Die Abweichungen in Material, Design und Funktion sind so gravierend, dass ich mich getäuscht fühle.
