Poor customer service & their business ridiculously dishonest!!!

Do not buy anything from this company. Their return policy is pure BS on their website. Cheapest products around
They will not refund you any money when if you follow the policy

Doesn’t do anything it states.

Emailed customer service 7 times, they responded twice asking for my order number which i gave twice. I only asked a tech question as their instructions are so shocking it simply tells you the light modes. It doesn’t tell you why it makes weird bleeps during use, or if this signals a fault. I only asked this and they ignored my email 7 times over.

Don’t waste your money! Its a shame companies that ignore customers or mislead so badly aren’t brought down promptly cause they’re still making money out of people.

Shopping on line and reading the reviews I had to purchase for myself and give it a try. So happy I did. Best purchase I have made. Absolutely recommend Luminesce

I purchased the 3 in 1 Therapy brush for my son. He didn't want to use it. I decided to return rather that have it sit around unused. The item was never used. Only the plastic was removed from the outer box. The company refund policy is a joke. They request you send proof of purchase and pictures or video of the item. I provided my order # in my request, I shouldn't have to provide a picture of my order, but Ii did. I complied with their instructions only to be denied a refund. I was well within the 30 days. All because the outer plastic was removed that is shrink wrapped around the box. I requested to have my request escalated to a supervisor, with no response. Others have made the same reviews. I didn't see those reviews before I purchased. Consider yourself warned, there is not a 30 day refund! I will be issuing a complaint with my states corporation commission since it seems there is an obvious problem with the company misleading consumers on their products and policies.

Awesome and professional handling of sale .

Placed my order on 12/24 and did not receive until mid January. It clearly states on the website 3-5 days. When I reached out, customer did nothing and blamed the holidays. Well I ordered from other companies around the same time and had it delivered in the 3-5 day window. The service is trash and the return policy is trash. Stay away and do not buy. This company does not care about customer service and shipping takes forever. They will not dare offer any discounts for their misleading advertising on their website concerning delivery times. Worst, they will not refund without putting you through hell. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This product does not work! It's a total scam - do no be duped! And... the customer service department goes dark every time you submit a request on their online form. There is no contact number to call and speak with anyone directly.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the company’s customer service. After using the tool for three weeks, I noticed no visible changes or improvements. When I reached out to request a refund under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, I provided all the requested documentation, including photos and the receipt. However, my refund was denied because the item had been opened and used.

The website claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it turns out this only applies to unopened, unused products. For opened items, they only offer warranty replacements. This misleading policy was not clearly stated upfront.

I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I will not be buying from them again.

What I like about this is that I didn’t have to wait long before I got my items and I started using them right away. I’ve been using them for about three weeks and have noticed a big difference my wrinkles are less prominent.

Delivery was way later than it was supposed to be, after using daily for a couple of weeks there’s no difference in my skins appearance, it doesn’t work properly on some of the light settings even when fully charged.

My luminesce has been great. It has more light options than My derma dream myoglow and less expensive. It is effective and easy to charge. I highly recommend luminesce over other products.I already have recommended it to several of my clients.

Love this product and the serum. It’s like a spa day at home! I definitely notice a difference with the fine lines on my face and neck. So happy to have purchased the wand and serum!

I am frustrated and upset at the moment! My order stated 3-5 business days for delivery. The exact words said “Express Shipping”. It was not shipped that way. This is the reason it was ordered. It’s very apparent. There is nowhere on your site or in any receipts stating I’ll have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Check your page under refunds. Had this been stated on your website that 30% of what I paid to buy it is lost because I have to pay to ship it back. It’s not right! It’s misleading, poor communication, incorrect shipping policies,. Since on your website you give info that states 3-7 days, the info on my receipt in incorrect since it states 3-5 days.
I am far from impressed with this. I was told and updated that it would be here before Xmas…you can say it’s not your fault however long you want.
Your website also states clearly on the website for the item i purchased that says "free & easy returns. Having to pay for shipping is not a FREE & EASY RETURN. Nobody at your company has even tried to address my complaint. Joanne just keeps asking me for a tracking number. I'd like to thank her for not doing her job and addressing my concerns. In fact, not a single person from your company has tried.

Love the massage on my face, its been almost a month and Im already noticing minor changes!

The item was cheaply made and the vibrate function did not work. They were very responsive to my emails until I requested a refund. I had the original packaging and the item was unused, just as the return policy stated. I sent multiple follow up emails and received no response. Terrible product, terrible company.

Device arrived broken and no one has returned my emails yet sending me promotional emails out regularly. Waste of money
