SCAM! Faulty and took ages to come. Customer Service is so poor! Won't return my emails or provide a refund even though I have 30 days consumer rights.

Avoid AVOID avoid!

I order device. Used it for a few weeks. Didn't notice any improvements. The device quit vibrating and making sounds the 3rd week. I have contacted the company for weeks. No one responds. I'm very upset. As this was a Christmas gift! TO expensive not to work properly!

I absolutely love this product. It feels like it works from the very first use. Amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase. Received it quite fast too

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE SCAM--I would give negative 5 if I could.
Luminescence is a SCAM. They took my money provided me with a Fake Tracking number then days later the tracking had NO information. You have to download an App just to track the fake Order.
I went onto their Website and they have NO history of my Order
They STOLE my money and had no order to ship their product.
I have cancelled the fake order. Printed all materials. Put in a Dispute with my Bank for return of Funds from this Chinese Scam

SCAM!!! They sell cheap products that don’t work. They don’t refund! No response to your emails.

Took several weeks to receive. The concept of red light therapy is legitimate. The manual should be more detailed on how to use and for how long. Some of the light settings don’t vibrate like the others. Haven’t noticed too many improvements yet, but maybe need to use for longer periods. Usually use a few minutes twice a day. Been about a month now. Any suggestions would be helpful.

AVOID AT WHOLE COSTS!!! The most awful customer service. Had this device which was a faulty , have to send them a video of it , done that and they agree that device is at faulty. They have asked if I want refund or replacement, I have asked for refund instead they have send me a replacement! Contacted them again and asked for the info how to send it back as it was their mistake , respond was that I have to pay for it ! I have explained the whole situation again and now for over a week they are just ignoring me . Absolutely terrible and time consuming. Problem is still not solved.

Online shopping portion was easy. Website was nicely laid out and easy to navigate.

The device itself self seems mediocre. The lights feel nice on the skin and the handle is easy to hold. The device shape contours the face nicely. The vibrations are intermittent, and work only sometimes when in full contact with skin. Surprisingly, the packaging lacks a user manual or a guide indicating the variation of light benefits. To determine which light color I wanted to use, I had to search their website for the explanations. I was also not impressed with the charging function as there is no light or icon that indicates the device is charging when plugged in. Not sure if this means my device has a defecting charging port, or if it was an oversight in manufacturing, but as a consumer who paid a decent price for this device, it was a letdown.

Overall, this seems to be an overpriced guasha tool with subpar user experience.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a return/refund and was sent a series of requests for pictures and then videos of the product NOT working. I pointed out how ridiculous this request was and they are now ignoring me. No response, no return, nothing.

They do not honor their refund policy. Item and serum is a waste of money. After a few emails, they quit answering. Reported them to BBB.

Once product finally arrived (very slow) I charged it and was ready to use. It lit up, but once on the face did not do anything. At first a buzzing sound but after a few seconds turned off and nothing happened. It was a complete waste of money. Waiting to hear back from company if they will replace with a new one (maybe this was a lemon) or refund. Help!!!

I saw the Luminesce ads on FB and wanted to try it out. I ordered 2 for Christmas - one for me, and one for my daughter. It took quite awhile to get here, but also there was a postal strike in Canada, so I can’t blame the company for that!
I haven’t used it very long, but it’s easy to use, and I like the vibration! I’m hoping it will help with lymphatic drainage, double chin, and wrinkles using the red light! I look forward to using it more in the future and seeing the results! I’m happy with it so far!

This item and the serum seemed useless to me so i changed my mind and wrote to the support to send the LED machine back, in order to get a refund. I sent to the support the videos of the item and proof of purchase, once on january 6th and once again on january 20th, they don't answer anything.... so basically I think it's a scam... I lost almost around 80€ for nothing. Also, the rate of hyaluronic acid is not even mentionned in the composition of the serum so it can be anything. AVOID IT !

Delivery time was reasonable. Overall I am happy with it but occasionally the vibration is short or not at all.

I am reviewing the 7 in 1 facial sculptor. Received this for christmas. I enjoy using the unit on the red light. It vibrates continuously on the red light and feels very nice. Unfortunately I find on all the other light options the vibration doesn't work well or not at all. Not sure why? I find it frustrating when the vibration stops as it creates a jerky/ chunky movement, which is not pleasant. 🙁
So sad as I quite enjoy the feeling with the fibration.

Misleading information on the website. It arrived much later than expected, but it is a fun little skin care device so not too bad.

I was really happy and excited with the results I was seeing from my facial massager that I had purchased back in October which was just a few months ago. Unfortunately it started acting a little funky around the end of December and then a week ago (mid Jan) or so it just stopped vibrating all together. I wrote to the company to try and get sent another one but no one will contact me back. I’m very disappointed because the reason I spent a little more $ and bought the Luminesence brand was bc they stated it’s not like the others and the massager wont break like the others do. If I were u I would just go buy one for half the price on Amazon bc obviously they are the same exact thing.

Received broken device; received runaround via customer service; promised a replacement. After checking tracking # site said replacement device would be received by April 2022. It’s currently January 2025.

Overall I think it does work, however, the one I received sometimes does not vibrate or heat up ( I think it’s supposed to get a little warm). Other than that I would say it’s a good product
