I have been waiting to hear back from this company for over a month on my order.

I feel So excited about the order I placed Because the clothes are so cute but I cant Get any updates on the tracking, and have no idea what’s going on with my order. It’s been a few weeks and I have Received nothing

No response to emails, no tracking, and no package

90% it's a scam.
They also have you review before you get your order... because you won't ever get it.

I placed an order of three toddler band graphic bubbles on 3/4/2022. I should have researched the company before ordering because if I had I wouldn’t have order from this website. After a week of not receiving any shipping information I emailed the company assuming I was getting scammed. They (“Amber”) reassured me that since they were custom items it would take a little longer. I agree with another reviewer that they’re trying to appeal to Americans using American names and they’re grammar is atrocious. I was shocked today (4/7/2022) when my order finally arrived. They are not real t-shirt material, as photographed. They’re a cheap material with the stolen images printed on the shirts. In my research, when I started to get nervous I was being scammed, AFTER I placed my order, I started finding their pictures on other websites. So they’re stealing other websites photos for their website. The sizing is way off. I was concerned about this and tried to order big, but with how long the shipping took I’m not sure my kiddo will even fit in these anymore. Not as bad as other reviewers shipping timing, but long enough where my toddler has grown out of these. SUPER frustrating. Definitely not worth the money I spent and now my kiddo won’t be able to wear them. I would try to ask for my money back, but I know I won’t get anywhere with that. This is a dishonest company, DO NOT ORDER!!

My order was placed on march 26 and still has not shipped.

The products are good, just slow on shipping and my baby can’t wear the clothes because she outgrew that size. And then can’t return them because it costs $200-300 dollars to ship to China

Item was good quality. It did take a bit longer to receive than expected, but that was addressed by the company.

lulububbles is a complete scam, and if I had checked the reviews of the site before placing my orders I never would have ordered from them. Their customer service is absolute garbage - I guess their trying to appeal to the American customer so the end of the email is signed off as "Amanda". Their English is very choppy. I asked for a refund/cancellation of my order 15 times. I asked 3 times in Chinese. They completely ignored my emails until I started emailing from a new email. They refused to give me a refund and instead quickly shipped the products that I no longer wanted because it's been 2 months since I ordered them - they most likely won't be fitting my child once they arrive and it would be more time and money, as well as energy, to send them back to receive a refund. Do not buy from this backwards ass company.

Literally the worst online shopping experience I've had. I made an order Feb 2, 2022. It is 3/19/2022 and I have still not received the order. I reached out to the company to cancel my order because it had been so long as well as my baby passed away so I didn't want the order. The company responded simply saying the order was on the way.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 items back on 2-4-22 and still have not received my full order. I emailed the company in risk 3 times during the 6 weeks to cancel my order since the items had not been shipped yet and they responded back with that the items are coming and that I needed to be patient. They would not refund my money at all.

The one item I received was ok in quality and bigger than expected. By the time I receive the other items, my daughter will be out of that size.

❗️THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.❗️ I placed my order on February 2nd and still have not received all of my items. I finally did receive 2 of my items, and they are absolutely horrible quality... They look nothing like the photos and are clearly cheap knockoffs. From what I've read, they steal photos of children from other small boutiques and re-create them (and do so very poorly I might add - they are literally selling a romper that has Lynard Skynard spelled "Lynaro Skynaro" 🤦‍♀️). Beware, y'all. Do not give them your money.

It has literally been 35 days since I ordered 3 items that said in stock. Customer service is a joke as they don't even know when they will ship it let alone get a response from them. Steer clear of this place. My little girl will be out of the sizes we ordered by the time they actually ship

My email is in Chinese as I don't speak or read that language I am not sure what's in the email...

Well the cost of the outfit i ordered was 33.99 once i completed the order it was thank you for your purchase 73.99. I couldn't get them to respond to my emails telling them what had happened. Thank yall so much for taking my money and making it nearly impossible to buy diapers until my next check. Will never get my business again😡😡😡😡
