They steal designs from independent creators and resell them as their own. However, as they operate from China no legal action can be taken so still they continue to do this, deleting any comments of people outing them for it on social media.

Not to mention that multiple people have said they didn’t receive orders from them, AVOID.

I tried 3 times like a fool!!! I ordered the pink faux fur vests. They barely fit!!! I then ordered the camel colored (they call yellow) according to their sizing. They were way too small!!! I ordered a third order, increasing the camel colored size. They arrived all faded out and back to the small size even though they were labeled larger.

easy ordering and the presentation of the clothing. The turnaround date for shipping and delivery was amazing! and the clothes are beautiful and such a fabulous price point!

There is an online special for buy two get one free. I bought two and was not given/asked the chance for a free one.

Horrible never got tracking information keeps saying it's not available paid for express shipping on December 1st still not received my order or tracking number

I order about 5 onesies on cyber Monday & received all items today less than 2 weeks , they look exactly like on the website soooo cute & can’t wait to buy more 🥰

Everytime i check my tracking it tells me i dont have a tracking number I spent $250 i should atleast get to know where my order and how long it is going to take to get to me.

There was no mention that you could not use buy 2 get one free and code Monday.
The email stated you could take off additional discount

I bought 1 outfit and never got shipping information and still haven't received my package.... it's been a few weeks...

This company is horrible! Do NOT order from them! The Halloween outfit I ordered in the beginning of October still has not arrived yet… Thanksgiving is this week 🤦🏼‍♀️ When I messaged them back in October they refused to cancel and refund my order even though they informed me after my order was placed that my item was on back order. They said I could send a new item and they would replace it with if I wanted but they would not refund me. I messaged them 3 times with the new item information but they stopped acknowledging my emails and instead have sent confirmation that they have shipped the Halloween outfit that is now useless. Smdh at this rate maybe my daughter can be a overstuffed Cookie Monster for Christmas. 😑

Items were delivered in a timely manner & everything was of excellent quality. They were exactly as pictured & I couldn’t be happier!

THEY STEAL PHOTOS OF MINOR CHILDREN AND POST ON THEIR WEBSITE WITHOUT PERMISSION, AND CLAIM OUTFITS AS THEIR OWN. I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THEM REMOVING A PHOTO OF MY DAUGHTER THEY STOLE AND POSTED WITHOUT PERMISSION AND IGNORE MY MESSAGES

I order 3 size 70 rompers. I only received 2 of the rompers and when I email seller all I get was we can't replace item wouldn't recommend seller shipment was pass delivery dated customer service was not helpful

I ordered an outfit this morning and right away started receiving calls from Tx. First one the lady said I called her which I didn’t , but she was nice enough to send me a photo that she received showing that my number is being used by Comcast(which is not) but someone is using my number now saying they are from Comcast!! Received a second call from another part of Tx after that. Ugh!! Called and canceled order with cc and sent them(lulububbles) a cancel order too. SCAMM

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is a scam company. Do not even waste your time reading their cancellation/refund/FAQ because none of it is true. Their website says "you can cancel orders for a refund before items are shipped". When I attempted to cancel the order 2 days later (-before items were shipped), they responded that they "do not accept cancellations within 60 days" ....... um excuse me, what..?
When I attached screenshots directly from their website reflecting their "cancellation policy" they responded with "that's not their problem."
I have contacted PayPal & my credit card company to dispute the charges, as they are refusing to help and have stopped responding.
