I bought the 2 pack of halo extensions and I love them.. I’m almost 40 and my hair has thinned out. I miss my long hair but don’t have the time or patience to wear sew in extensions, so these are the perfect alternative.

I sent pictures of my hair in and they matched me to honey blonde. I can’t believe how well it matches my colour. I’ve worn them to events where I work and no one has known they’re not real.
I only bought the 14” set, as i still need to be able to be efficient at work and don’t want hair getting in my way. But it still looks super long and amazing.

Highly recommend to those who don’t want to damage their natural hair but want the option to have long hair in one minute!!

I have to say, I was sceptical about a hairpiece, but my friend had already purchased a messy bun from you

I am able to wear it different ways
I wore it for a wedding, And I wear it for my dog. I allow it to be more Certain occasions, and don’t know how I’ve managed until now! Thank you

I can’t say enough, after losing 50 % of my hair through chemo , and after trying so many different things to have my confidence back i found LuLa a year ago . I use my halo Wavy almost every day and now I ordered ponytail and messy bun for the summer.

The hair arrived after a very long wait, probably 2 months. Then, it didn’t match me at all or even fit on my head it was so big.
I requested a refund but was told no.
They did an accommodation and gave me 20% back so like $13 on a $70 order.

My package got lost in the mail which actually wasn’t their fault, it was UPS. Without question, they immediately sent me another pair. Not only are my extensions AMAZING, the customer service was incredible. I could not be happier with how they turned out. I feel so much more confident when I wear these and the application was so easy. If you haven’t ordered yours yet, you’re missing out!

I was trying to figure out the correct shade for my extension and the lady that helped me was remarkable she was able to advise me on the correct shade which put my mind at ease. Although i went a bit darker then the shade she suggested due to the fact i felt the shade she suggested was a little to light for my hair she was able to guide me in the right direction.

I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company, I have been waiting for 5 weeks now for my order and still did not receive anything, no one is giving me any feedback, highly disappointed.

I emailed asking for advice regarding a colour match and true to their word they emailed their advice within their timescales straight back to me! Great service! Thanks !

Having worn bond extensions for many years and given them up I have been looking for an alternative. I didn’t think that the Lula extensions would work but they absolutely do! Easy to put in- fab hair in seconds! Colour match is great too.
Customer service is friendly and fast 🙂

Lula made my inquiry very easy. I was wondering if they offered color matching options but didn't use that verbiage and the customer service provider was able to understand my needs and meet them! I will for sure be ordering from here soon as I have an appointment scheduled to color my hair specifically to try out your product! I will update! Hope it goes just as well!

I was a little sceptical, but having read the reviews I went for it and bought the halo extension. My hair is very fine and this was just amazing, the colour match support was great, it was a perfect match and I feel like I have great hair for the first time ever!

Complete scam! Do not use.
The photos online to colour match to are not what you get when you order; I ordered light brown/ dark blonde but received dark brown, now of course I can’t get in contact with them, they are ignoring all my emails. Been over 3 weeks.

Ordered from this company, my order took a long time to arrive, on arrival the product was damaged. Emailed and sent pictures to them immediately, no one has come back to me, no one wants to assist or help me, they are impossible to get hold of, their customer service is shocking!!! Their products are not cheap to purchase and the quality is crap!! All I want is a refund to which I am entitled to, they sold me a product that wasn't fit for it's purpose..!! This company needs to be named and shamed and should not be allowed to get away with treating their customers so poorly. Once they have taken your money, they no longer wish to help you!!

If I do not hear back from them, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and Watchdog.

Was told to send replacement hair colour, style and length information. I was told the replacement would be sent right away, because the halo set was for my wedding and I would not have time to wait weeks for the wrong colour matched hair to be returned and the right colour delivered. Takes at least 14 days even though I paid for priority shipping and I was told that priority shipping would take 7 days. Fraud and false advertising
