Shipping was slow

The order took forever to be delivered and no one responded to my request for delivery dates. When I finally received them the quality was poor and too large. I cannot wear this. Their is no phone number to contact anyone. I have made efforts to return or exchange via email and no one has responded which only leaves me with the option to dispute it through my credit card vendor. Mary Olson

Good material quality and size is accurate

First and foremost the product is EXACTLY AS OFFERED great as far as my end user answered. "I LOVE THE SWEATER"
Although it took longer than I anticipated I ordered it well before Christmas I thought I'd have them but that's okay other than that great items.

"A BRILLANT ITEM"

It's hard to be constructive when this company is giving me a hard time on returning a sweater for a refund. After it took 3 weeks to deliver, the sweater was too big and the quality was poor. I requested a refund and was told that I would pay more to ship it back since it would be going to Dubai. They first offered me $5, then $13 and now $21 not to return it.
I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and have contacted my credit card company.

The product is very good.

Beautiful designs and the fit was great on my girlfriend....took awhile to be delivered but very pleased with them

I really liked the photo of the top when I saw it on Facebook. However, when I received it, the material was not as I expected. That was disappointing. I was hoping for a top that was more of a sweater.

Purchased the items on 12/3/2022 to wear for my Holiday event; however, they did not arrive until 1/3/2023. I thought the items I purchased were sweaters; but, when they arrived they are blouses.

After all, I am really pleased with the blouses, the fit is perfect. I am glad I purchased a size larger than what I normally wear. Just wished Lucew would have stated that with the holidays it might take up to 4 weeks to receive the items.

The hoodie came in just as advertised and fits my wife great.

Product Was Enjoyed

I ordered a black and white asymmetrical top/blouse which was advertised on Facebook. It appeared to be a heavier weight material which would be perfect with black pants for the holidays. I ordered it on 12-3. It finally arrived on 12-23. The top was poorly made with cheap fabric and was so thin I could read through it. I immediately asked Lucew to return it. Even though I paid $48 for it, the company only offered to return $11 of my money saying it would cost them too much in postage to take the top back. After much negotiations they "generously" offered me $22. I finally escalated the problem to PayPal which got me my entire refund of $48. Moral of the story:" Do Not Buy From This Company".

Ordered in November for Christmas delivery. Received notice that the items were ready for pickup 12/7. No updates since... emailed customer service. "We have checked the logistics of your order, and the item is in normal transportation. Please be patient.You can contact us again next week to inquire about the logistics situation."... thanks for nothing... buyer beware!!!
