What a great service! My package wasn't nowhere to find by the delivery service after I got a notification it was in my letterbox. There was a small delay in delivery, which was the courier's responsibility, and when I asked via email, the response was immediate and positive and 2 days later it arrived.

There items were for daughter and a friend who I like to give encouraging thoughts, they really appreciated them.

package is basically drop shipped from ShenZhen, China.
product looks very little like the photos advertised; poor quality and workmanship, glue flying everywhere.
just found similar item on aliexpress for less than 1 USD.
seems like just an overpriced drop shipping service.

Quality was excellent and the price decent for the product. Unforgettable experience.
