Site was easy to use. Order came with updates about shipping. I have had some difficulty getting an item exchanged due to sizing.

Items took a long time to arrive . I filled out the survey but did not receive any coupon code for a 15 percent discount. While I like your products there always seems to be an issue.

satisfied with the item. The only thing I usually take a siza 6 pants where a bit to big. Had to get them taken in.

Yes I finally received my order. Thank you so much. Haven’t had a chance to try them on yet but I’m sure they will be good. I just sometimes think they are a different material but it is always the same material. I like cotton more than this material it feels cheap. But once I try them on I might be wonderfully surprised.

A good variety of clothing. Have not worn any yet but, pleased with what I saw. Delivery times fair. Overall, happy with purchase and would recommend.

I was nervous because I don’t know if it is real or a scan. But, I am going on a Cruise & wanted something different. My package arrive and when I tried the black one on. It is something that I would not usually wear. But, I Love it!! My Daughter said it makes you look smaller, a plus!! The white dress is nice also. It is dressier than I thought. But, around the Bust line the trim line is not even all the way around it goes up in the front. Could you send me another one? I can return this one.

I ordered a dress, came two days ago. The dress is beautiful but the sleeves are too tight, followed instructions on return, 30 day refund. Yes, NOT, have tried all ways to return, their computer service in Admin will not accept my email. They can certainly take orders. Am not a happy customer. Have learned the lesson a hard way. THE QUALITY OF THE FABRICS ARE VERY NICE AS THE DESIGNS

Two of the clothes are perfect, 1 is very thin and you cannot see that from the web site. otherwise, I love them and fit perfect.

UPDATE 3/24/23: The upside is that, after many frustrating weeks of email exchanges, Lucew has FINALLY refunded (most of) my money. As a final insult to injury tho, they held back U$15 “for freight”. So, neither the shipping nor returns ended up being “free” despite their website stating so. In all, I lost Cad$50/U$37 in shipping/return costs to discover that Lucew is an absolute trash business with poor quality clothes and terrible customer service.

First problem is the website itself where some items only have one photo that often looks superimposed. Also, the descriptions are inaccurate - ie) one item I bought was described as a top with long sleeves but it turned out to be a poncho/cape. Another item’s “silky” material ended up being very scratchy polyester. Other quality issues include hanging threads, and hems that were literally just cut fabric vs stitched to finish.
Like other reviewers, I had to be very persistent with their customer service department in returning my order. I received three simultaneous replies to my first email request for a RMA, offering $21/22/$21 in payment instead of returning my order. My subsequent refusals to accept this small percentage order refund was then followed by a $30, then $45 partial refund. Their final “offer” of partial refund was $56 which was about 50% of the order total - that seems to be their threshold limit before finally just sending me the return address.
One bright note for North American shoppers is that Lucew no longer requires returns to Dubai. The return address given to me as of March ‘23 is: 14709 182nd St, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. This makes for a much cheaper return post cost that Lucew refused to cover, despite me sending them a screenshot of their website advertised “Free returns within 30 days”.
All in all, this has been a terrible shopping experience but a valuable lesson to never get sucked into buying clothes based on Instagram advertising. I am hopeful but skeptical that I will be refunded my money from this “business”.

Ordered 4 tops for my wife. Over a month late and then they tell us that 2 tops are not ready yet.

1 was wrong size and they offered us $7 rather than exchange the size
