Horrible horrible service. Items are too big, material is cheap and practically transparent, there is NO phone number for customer service!!! When I asked for a refund via email they offered $11, then they increased it to $22 - no where close to what I paid for 2 dresses at $82. Now radio silence to my emails. Frustrating & contrary to what is on their website, they do not care for customer satisfaction at all. STAY AWAY, LUCEW is a SCAM!!!!

Is there less than one star for this ridiculous pop up crappy company that doesn’t even respond to my emails but when they do they play Price is right game offering $15 refund then $25 for a basically see thru garment of very low quality!’ The dress cost $62 and isn’t even worth $10! Please someone stop this scam!!!

Absolutely 💯 ridiculous. You are unable to return items. They will let you keep the items and compensate you $16.00. Make sure you know you exactly what size you need. Takes weeks to recieve your oder. Careful people... I would not recommend.
