The driver arrived on time, communicated clearly before arriving, and was very friendly and patient throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made the handover feel easy.

Overall, the service was efficient and well organised.

An update.
Finally and almost a week later the remaining furniture came. This time with only one driver who could not manage the furniture on their own. LoveSpace refunded half the delivery cost and compensated for the decorator cost to fix the damage caused on the wall.

Only some of items delivered, missing items can not be traced. Their storage systems states that all 3 crates are empty. Some items came on Friday. A few more on Monday and still items missing. The people in the office have no way of telling what is going on.

Ally was so friendly, warm, helpful and professional. He made the whole experience enjoyable.

Will from Lovespace was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He handled my boxes with great care and made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless. I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you, Will!

It was all good and appropriate.

Couldnt give me my things until genuinely 1 month after I needed rhem and absolutely no communication, no phone calls, no live chat, and very poorly timed responses to emails. They charged me monthly instead of for the whole period which was absolutely insane pricing. They charged even £60 for the delivery fee in which I waited from 7am-6pm just for nobody to show up and for them to give no communication about it. I had to pester them about every single issue and live without everything I own for too long. Terrible service. I wouldn't ever use them again.

They are clear on their page but are open for clarification on phone and email.

Update on my previous review, where the company promised to deliver my piano stool:

I was charge almost £500 for the delivery to fix the company's mistake of losing my stool, and promised that the money would return to my account within 2-3 working days. It has now been 2 weeks, and I have not received a single penny. Worst of all, the item that very proudly claimed to have found was damaged yet again, this time cosmetically and functionally with the stool lid being off its hinges. I find it incredible that a company whose only job is to store and protect their customers items can be so careless and do such a terrible job at it. And it goes without saying that naturally my appeal regarding this broken item has not been replied to, in fact, I didn't even receive a confirmation. Extremely poor service overall - AVOID this company at all costs!

LoveSpace was amazing. I moved out of my Uni accommodation at Canterbury in Sep. They picked up 5 large boxes from my room on the second floor, stored it safe and secure for 2 months, delivered to my new address in SouthWest London this week.

Special shout out to the folks handling the phones for answering all my questions and to my delivery muscle man Mr. Will R who was truly professional . Ran up 2 storeys with my boxes with a smile!!

Nothing misplaced , broken or missing. I also purchased their additional services of packing material and doorstep delivery. Truly worth it. I am definitely using them for my next move!

Great experience - we stored 2 X suitcases for 5 months, including an extension, and delivery back to a different address. The process was really simple and very cost effective (discounts on 3+ months were great). Extensions happened automatically unless delivery was requested, so it was really easy for long term, open ended plans.

Be aware that there's basically no '£7.95 delivery' options (at least in London) - you'll pay around 20 minimum, but it was well worth it. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever !
I stored my luggage and few boxes with them as i was moving out from my accommodation.
When I received my box, it was literally empty. They opened my box , saying it was a bit over weight and literally stole my all my goods worth more than 500£. i kept chasing them for 2 months and they found reasons to push back my complain or not attend my calls or we will get back to you. They never did !!!!!

After moving into my new accommodation I had to repurchase all the stuffs that i lost so Basically i lost double amount of money. When I told them , I’m raising a Police complain against them. They gave me a refund of 100£. So unfair for the trouble and hassle loss and worst experience.

Driver made pick-up very easy. They were very friendly and helpful. Called to give me an hour notice which was great.

My boxes are all damaged. I'm willing to concede it's a quality issue with the boxes themselves, but even a decent box had all four corners dented. The carriers ignored the 'this way up' markings on the boxes. My bags are covered in dust and my belongings have become damp – the warehouse feels unclean and damp. For such expensive charges, these conditions are rather disappointing.
