Package never received.
I never received a package, and I couldn't find a way to contact them. It says that the package has been fulfilled but I have checked and never received it. I've been waiting for a while, and was curious as to why my package never came. However, they don't have a clear way to contact them for me to ask. I either expect a refund or a resend of the item.

I like all the deals and the prices are very affordable for a lot of the merchandise that is being sold I just put in an order for about five items so I am currently waiting for them to be delivered if everything shows up and looks as it did in the pictures and as it was described then I will be more than willing to come back and give Lovely Erica a 5 Stars rating

This app has brought me so much joy, I get great prices & good quality on so many things. Their customer service is fantastic, items often arrive well before the projected date. 99.99% of the mis-ships, not like the pictures, and bad copycat items I have received (maybe 1/500 orders) have been such absolutely hilarious fails that I still got my money's worth in laughs. I buy a lot of bulk novelty, stickers, costume jewelry, and toys with the occasional clothes tossed in, 10/10 recommend Lovely Erica

It's a great website, the prices are cheap but also some of the products are cheaply made. But I love it, your stuff comes 1-2 weeks. Always discount codes. I love it

Do not order from Here…
Do not order from here the shipping takes 3-4 weeks the items are cheap as hell it ripped as soon as I tried it on and getting a refund has taken 2-3 weeks and now they want me to pay to ship it back to them to get my money back they also said they weren’t going to refund me until I deleted my review this place is garbage cheap and really a huge scam avoid them at all costs

Ugh..here's your red flag
Ugh. They might have some cute items from the pictures, but the customer service when things go poorly is not worth the hassle. They don't follow their own policies on their Web site, and you'll end up babysitting the process for a return when it's needed.

I order a dress and i got an email saying that the dress I purchase is the last stock and theres a problem, i asked for refund then they reply that they cant find my order number, i reply to them and attached the email they send me and they send they can read it and if i cant give the order number they will not reply anymore, BOGUS! I just reply to their email to me how can they not see the message!!!

Would not recommend at all.
They are absolutely useless at replying to emails and their clothing is so incredibly small ,bought an XL top and it ended up fitting my sister not me, she wears XS. Also very cheap quality and packaging.
