Update 7/17 still no delivery of my order. The only thing they are good at is EXCUSES!!!

Update: As of today, 6/24 I never received my order and tried to email them and the message bounces back with an error message so you can't contact them.😡

I agree, a Scam operation. Still waiting for the bible, tracking site is full of ads and after 20 days, still says in transit. Emailing gets you no where, just a bunch of placating words that give you no worthwhile information, just the same link to track the transaction. 😡

The Ethiopian bibles arrived but I never got the digital access after numerous emails exchanged. Always very nice & polite but empty words.

Worst shipping ever 59 days and I still have not received my two items don't purchase from this scam shop

I purchased a bible from this company, 1 month has passed, no bible. I send an email requesting an full refund and the response is as follows:
Hi Nicole,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’ve checked your order, and it appears that it has already been processed and is now getting ready to be shipped. At this stage, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions — I’m here to help.

The next email I send is:
Hi, so when it gets here I can ship it right back to you for the refund?
Their response is as follows:
Unfortunately, return option has not yet been updated. Our management team issued to hold any return issues, this is maybe due to shipping delays we are currently facing right now. If there is an update regarding this, I will let you know.
