Pam and her assistant Ameera were always one step ahead.
I have used other solicitors in the past which I could never get hold of or made me feel like I was bothering them, but the experience at Lovell Chohan was totally different. If I couldn't get hold of Pam her assistant Ameera would answer any of my questions or I would get a call back within the day!
They would always explain everything in detail and helped in any which way they could.
I would always use them as my solicitors and highly recommended them.

Very approachable
They are very approachable. There are not someone like you need to chase. I have worked with other solicitors in the past, they were slightly cheaper but with Lovell it was completely different experience. Once they start working on the case they will always stay on top of it and their turn around time is pretty quick as well. Mine was a leasehold property and buyer made sale very complicated, but because of the amount of experience Lovell has in this field, they were able to guide me till then completion. I would highly recommend them.

Professional from start to finish
Rizwan Shah, my acting solicitor has been very professional from start to finish. He has constantly given feedback by email and phone throughout the process. Highly proffessional team of solicitors.
We recently purchased a flat and Lovell Chohan acted as our solicitors. It was a complicated process as it involved three sets of solicitors, ours, vendors & the property management company. Our solicitors Rizwan & Ameera provided a very professional, honest and straight to the point service and were always available whenever we needed to speak to them. They were both very considerate and went beyond their call of duty to organise completion on dates convenient to us.
It was due to their skilled management of their counterparts that we now have the keys to the flat in time for deliveries of furniture etc.
Many thanks to all members of staff at Lovell Chohan who looked after us.
