Used Lovell Chohan Solicitors May/June 2023. I hadn't used a Solicitors before so had no 'go-to' company. I picked based on location and my need for an employment solicitor to advise me on a settlement agreement. I needed to be seen quickly and managed to get an initial visit booked in within 48 hours which was great. Lovell was my solicitor and was clearly a very knowledgeable choice. They took the rains of communication with employer and got the entire job completed within days. Couldn't fault and highly recommend.

I was referred by my Aunty as I needed assistance regarding a probate. They were extremely efficient and transparent, communication was brilliant and the probate (letter of administration) was granted in a timely manner. I would like to give a special thanks to Grahame who dealt with the probate and done a fantastic job, all at a very reasonable price. Been having a nightmare with a landlord giving me a week's notice to pay £260 rent or face eviction within a week. Spent most of my time in the last few days crying and waiting on hold to the CAB, council, Shelter and getting nowhere (except hung up on). An incredibly nice person at Lovell Chohan picked up the phone and I'm still a bit overwhelmed by the experience. They were so incredibly nice, their knowledge about my situation, the law regarding housing and... just, wow. 1.Solicitor rushed through the meeting, but charged extortionate rates per hour.
2. There was no customer engagement letter issued or formal acknowledgment the Lovell Chohan would Act on my behalf.
3. Solicitor wouldn’t give me back my paperwork until I requested for it.
4. I found The solicitor to be snappy and showed lack of empathy considering the situation.
