Love Sew Recensioni

The fabric arrived on a timely basis and the quality and colors of very high quality. I love it all!!
Will continue to order through Love Sew.

I have purchased two quilt kits from this company. Both arrived in New Zealand very quickly. The fabric is of good quality, beautiful colours and of good weight. The quilt design instructions are easy to follow. I will be purchasing more quilt kits as designs I like are released.

I recently purchased fabric and a quilt pattern from Love Sew. The fabrics are lovely in texture and colours are beautiful. The pattern is very easy to follow. There was some fabric missing from the order and the help team were quick to sort out the problem and send the missing fabric.

I recently purchased a product that when received it on 7/6 it was broken. I contacted the support team and explained the problem and requested a refund. This morning I received an email letting me know that a refund for the full amount was credited back to my account. I highly recommend this company and will shop with them again.

Great customer service and beautiful product's and fabric.

I have purchased many items from Love Sew & have always been very satisfied with them & the quality of the items .

Beautiful quality of fabrics for the kit I ordered through this site (better than I thought it would be). The pattern is downloaded and I’m excited to see that I will be able to manage to put it together. Thanks for quality service and product!

I recently bought the 18” x 24” cutting mat from Love Sew, which is *the* best cutting mat I’ve owned in 27 years of quilting.
The mat is thick, yet flexible & (!!) printed on both sides, essentially meaning that I bought two mats for the price of one!
I highly recommend Love Sew. I’ve purchased a number of things from them. All were excellent quality and were delivered quickly.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased two of the Love-Sew cutting mats after using the Olfa brand for years. HORRIBLE quality - developed slits all the way through the mat in SEVERAL places after only one use (I cut fabrics for one throw size quilt)! The mat IS NOT "self-healing" and WILL NOT "last for years to come" as advertised on their website. When I contacted them, they basically said, too bad and offered me 10% off! DO NOT BUY THESE MATS - very, very poor quality!!

I love this store! I am a repeat customer - I have purchased quilt kits, fat quarter bundles, and notions. All great buys. Thank you, Love Sew!

Love sew is a unique business with unique products. Some of the items are not available elsewhere. They are always prompt with delivery.

I had an issue with a kit I ordered , I reached out to customer service and was promptly responded to. Grace the customer service person was very helpful and solved my issue quickly and with a very satisfactory result. I will order from this company again. Great customer service!

Great website, great selection of merchandise, and great selection of classes. Covers everything I need. I'm just beginning to learn quilting and this is the best website for that.

I purchased a walking foot from Love Sew that did not fit my machines. After contacting LS customer service and several discussions I was promptly refunded the cost and told to keep the foot. This is true customer service! I will buy from them again

I like the 12.5” x 12.5” square ruler from Love Sew because the markings are clear, easy to read, and not too busy, making it easier to measure. The 1/2” frosted markings make it easier to see the fabric you’re cutting, and they stop the square from moving around while you’re cutting. The blue 1” dots are on the outside edges so you get a much clearer look at what you’re cutting from end to end of the square.

They are great to deal with. Good prices and sales. I get my items in a timely manner.

I Love this pattern and coordinating blue and yellow fabric. Love Sew is the best! I received quality quilter’s cotton fabrics cut and folded perfectly 💕 and the quilt is gorgeous!

Love-Sew is one of my most favorite quilt supply vendors! Service is quick, the products that I have purchased have been top-notch all the way, and questions have been answered promptly! They’ve come a long ways in the years I have been doing business with them and I want to see them succeed and grow!

Ordered merchandise 11/30/23. Followed up 12/10 after not receiving shipping confirmation. Merchandise tracking number received 12/13. Today 12/22. No merchandise. Customer service continues to send same tracking number showing product has not moved. Moved to PayPal dispute. Seems like a scam.

12/23/23 Merchant continues to provide reassurance. Does not appear to try to track merchandise. Again, ordered 11/30/23, promised delivery in 7 days. Today 12/23/23, 24 days since ordering. No Christmas gift will be under tree. Would never order from this merchant if product arrival is desired.
12/28. Due to merchant failing to track parcel (despite requiring insurance), merchant now states they are “tired of waiting for parcel to arrive at shipper” and they have no more product. Result, more than 30 days after order, multiple requests for new shipment, I have no gift to give. Asked if I would like to order something else. No. I would not. Have requested refund 5 times. Still no refund. Escalated with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. Continues to send marketing emails to me.
