Had new windows and a new front door installed recently by Lothian Glass. Very straightforward process, with a quick response to my initial query followed by discussion of requirements and measuring up prior to a quote. No sales pressure. Lothian Glass ask for a reasonable 15% deposit, with the balance paid following completion.

Work commenced promptly on the date agreed, with Brendan and Josh working hard to complete the work to a high standard. Very helpful and reliable guys, who discussed exactly what was needed as work progressed. Windows and door look good, waste was removed and the work area left clean. Excellent, competent work at a fair price. Would use Lothian Glass again and recommend them.

Just had new patio doors fitted by Brendan and Josh. They have done a great job and left everything clean and tidy👍

We were informed of the work schedule and it was done to a great standard by the team.
The guys were very mindful of our property, making sure all furniture and carpets were protected from possible damage.

I have dealt with this company for many years and they have supplied windows to both of my houses and for my colleague at work, has two houses. We had one double glazing panel, which was not supplied by them, it had blown and was frosting inside. The process of ordering, manufacturing and replacing was so easy and the price was good. Brendan appeared at the house, prompt, professional, with a good personality. Davie and Cammie made a first class job of installing hinged secondary glazing panels, one for each window, allowing easy access to the outer windows. Now we cannot hear noise from the road adjacent to the house, and have a calm and peaceful sittingroom and kitchen. Thank you Lothian Glass for your thoughtful advice and great workmen!

This company was a joy to deal with. They responded quickly to my request, did what they said they would do, updates and time frames were accurate and the fitter, Mark was quick, efficient, thoughtful, friendly and made the fitting process hassle free. Bless him, he even helped reinstate my blinds as I am too short. Good pricing, brilliant service.

Would highly recommend Lothian Glass. I was looking to get a new door and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Elliot showed myself round the showroom, explaining about the different doors he had to offer and answered my questions! David and Cammy arrived to fit the door on time, they were polite and made sure to keep my dad undated with what was going on. Once I returned home from work I realised the letter box had a bit of a scratch so contacted Elliot who got a new one ordered and replaced as quickly as he could.

Ben just installed the first of a few windows and doors I have booked with Lothian glass. Could not be happier with the window and the job. Great work, 5* and all while being stalked by my neighbours friendly cat who desperately needed in on the action 😃

We have just had a Rock Door fitted. The work done was to a very high standard and the door finish looks amazing. The 2 guys who done the work are a credit to the company (sorry, but I didn't get their names) they left the place spotlessly clean after the work was finished. I will not hesitate to recommend or use you again for any other work we may have. Great job and one very happy customer.
