I had Lothian Glass recommended by a friend but also decided to look at the reviews. I can honestly admit I thought some of the reviews must be fixed as everyone seemed to give 5 stars. I now can confirm that all the five star reviews are absolutely deserved. Lothian Glass are professional and use high standard materials to complete the job. Our window fitters were Ben and Stevie. They were amazing!! So professional and watching them work together was a joy. Their perseverance to ensure precision was amazing. The result we have is beautiful, perfectly fitted windows, it’s a shame to put the blinds back as they look so good!! My only regret is that I didn’t get Lothian glass to fit my own windows (instead I used a large Edinburgh Company), the windows in this review were my daughter and son in laws. Thank you Lothian Glass and a huge thank you to Ben and Stevie. Will certainly recommend you to friends and will be happy to be contacted by anyone planning for new windows.

Having ordered a new bathroom window with Lothian Glass they were able to fit me in at the last minute. The fitter Ben arrived in time. Very professional in the installation and made sure he cleaned up before leaving. Excellent service throughout and thoroughly happy!!!!
In a personal note. I have throughout the past 15 years used Lothian Glass for various jobs and would not go elsewhere.

Ben and Nathan installed my double glazed pvc window in diningroom, they arrived promptly and worked well and did an excellent job with no mess to plastering whatsoever and tidied everything up afterwards. I am delighted with the window and their workmanship. I’d definitely recommend Lothian Glass! 👍

Very good service from start to finish. Sales info/office support from Elliott and team was prompt and helpful and site visit to measure up very informative (Mark I think).
Fitting team on the day (Ben and Stevie) were great. Friendly, efficient and very neat and tidy. They were very accomodating in terms of finishing around doors and blending in with what we wanted.
First time we have used for fitting (rather than just glass) but would definitely be happy to use again and to recommend.

Brendan, Josh, Ben, David, cammy and stevie were excellent, punctual and efficient. They arrived at 8:10 and were finished by 12:30, providing a high quality service - all windows replaced and external doors, within this time. Job completed to a high standard and the team worked well to ensure I was satisfied.

Have used Lothian Glass before and found the quality and the service top notch. Went over and above at every stage. On this occasion, David and Cameron lived up to this completely. Arrived on time both days, kept me informed on all aspects of the job, and asked my opinion if needed as to the finishing touches, which were definitely done to my high standards! When the work was completed on each day, they thoroughly cleaned up inside and out. Even cleaned all framewwork and the windows. I hope not to need any replacements for quite a few years, but Lothian will still be my first call.

Overall we had a really great experience with Lothian Glass. 3 new exterior doors fitted by Ben over the course of two days. Excellent job, very neat and tidy and the finish is fantastic. Highly recommend.
