My wife has bad arthritis in her knees. We have had a hard time finding anything that will help give some relief from the pain. So after watching the video on Heal-n-Soothe with their 90 day 100% Money Back Guarantee, we decided to give it a try. As you go through placing your order, they show you other products (Super Joint Support, My Daily Collagen, and Rub on Relief). They say when used with Heal-n-Soothe you will get more relief. All these additional products come with a 90 day 100% Money Back Guarantee. So we purchased more than enough of each of these products to last the full 90 days by taking advantage of their bulk order offers. My wife worked her way up to taking 9 pills a day of Heal-n-Soothe as recommended. She took the recommended amount of the other 3 products, too. After 80+ days of taking these products, my wife didn't see any relief in her arthritis pain. We understand that certain types of medications don't work for everyone. That is why we liked their 100% Money Back Guarantee. So, I call their customer support number within the 90 days to get our money back. The person was very nice, took my information, provided information on how to return the unused products, and said it would be 7 to 10 business days after they received the products to get our refund. After a few weeks, I get an email about our refund. To our disappointment, we would only receive about 50% of our money. I called customer support again. This time the agent wasn't so nice. He mentioned their website states they only give refunds for the unused products. I told him that is not what their video or their ordering websites say. I told him I have screen shots of their ordering websites with their 90 100% Money Back Guarantee statements and in none of them are there any type of notation for the "small print" to tell you about the true refund policy. I asked to talk to his manager and that is when he hung up on me. I called back and talked to a different agent who told me a manager would be calling me back. That hasn't happened. So, if you are planning to try Heal-n-Soothe or any of their other products because of the 100% Money Back Guarantee, DON'T!!!!

Updated response to Steve's (HBI) reply on 8-25-23:

Steve, I received emails from HBI about the additional refunds, thank you, but it is still not a 100% refund of the 4 above products we ordered. Also, the "90-Day 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee" information you provided is not what is provided as you go through the ordering process. None of the products listed anything about single or multiple bottle returns. If it did, I would not have ordered the 4 products because it would not be a true "100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee". When you view the video and start the Heal-n-Soothe ordering process, you are given an offer to "buy 3 and get 2 free" for $147. (I have not received a refund for these bottles.) On this webpage you are provided the following "90 day 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee":

If your joints don't being to feel any improvement or if you're not happy for any reason, just let me know and I'll refund 100% of your money. No questions asked. I cannot remember ordering anything

I cannot remember ordering anything, now there is a debit of AU $123.04 on my account. I tried contacting to discuss on the number on your website but it’s out of order. I’m scared that further debits may be raised even though I have NOT given you permission.
Please reassure me that you will NOT debit my accounts again and either refund me or provide an explanation as to why you have debited me.
I’ll be raising this with the relevant Ombudsman.

I received an email in April 2023 offering me a free bottle of Heal n Soothe and, as I have persistent pain in my joints, I decided to give it a try. I paid the $19.95 shipping requested and waited for my bottle to arrive. When it was delivered, 2 weeks later, I took 3 capsules a day, according to the instructions on the bottle, hoping my pain would ease, but it made no difference. I thought that maybe I needed to take it for longer for it to be effective so, when I received an email offering me another free bottle, I thought maybe I might send for another, so I would be able to try it for a longer time, in case it worked better. I cancelled both subscriptions and today I received an email from Jesse Cannone (the man behind the ads) confirming my cancellation and stating that, if it hadn't worked for me, maybe I should have taken more, like 3 capsules, 3 times a day - that's 9 capsules a day! There was still no mention of my refund though, so I replied to him, pointing out that there were numerous reviews on here which were very bad and saying that I would write my own poor review if I didn't get my refund within 24 hours. I am still waiting Mr Cannone!!!

I had a worst experience with this…

I had a worst experience with this company. They’re very nice when taking your order but when it comes to refund the worst company ever. My $150.00 was never refunded since they were asking for a tracking number. I wasted my time going to the post office and money sending my return to them. When I first call them the lady said to give them another 2 weeks to process my refund. I gave them another month then they said that they.cannot give me refund since I didn’t have a tracking number. My question on whatever department is receiving the return, don’t they have a way of recording whatever they received? Why do they require me for a tracking number when first of all they didn’t inform me that they require it. The worst company ever. If I can give them negative I will do so.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Do not buy from Healthy Back Institute. I am finding it impossible to cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for.

I never signed up for a subscription and have no idea how you got my info. But there have been at least 4 transactions 2 at $67.62 and 2 at $67.15 since April 3. i never authorized any of these and don't even know what healthy back institute is. I'd like refunds and for this account to be closed!

Dishonest company who continue to take your money even after you have complained and said you don't want their product.

(London, England) I found link on a YouTube video for "chair pilates for seniors" - I listened to the lengthy video and then decided to try the sample product that was offered. Once I had agreed to this, so many other pages popped up wanting me to buy hundreds of dollars worth of their product. At this point I realised I was probably being scammed and tried to delete my bank details. I thought I had been successful until a package arrived and I had been billed USD116.95. I immediately sent an email through their website (contact us page) and said I wanted it cancelled. I put this down to a bad experience, and would be wary about every signing up to another such web company. I have heard nothing back aftter my complaint, and then today ANOTHER package arrived that I hadn't ordered, and ANOTHER USD79.90 has been taken from my account. They do not reply to emails; they appear to have no Customer Service employees; they are frauds and only want our money. I am furious at such dishonesty. If I could give NO STARS I would.

I have previously asked to cancel

I have previously asked to cancel, as I wanted to trial first. But still being invoiced.
Did not ask for continuing product. This has been added to my single purchase without my authourity.
Seems like a lot of others also did not understand your carefully written sales blurb.
any sort of subscription was fully noted and carefully avoided. I can only assume that the subscription is within the presentation once a sale is made. A refund is due for the item due to it being "Not as described" and deletion of the subscription in your records.
I also note in the customs declaration you have Value of goods as $39.95, but deducted $98.16 from my bank 5 times. in addition to $29 for sample But only received 2 bottles,

The Free Trial Offer requires you to agree to our terms and conditions. The terms of the free trial explain that you agree to a trial time period, and if you like the product, do nothing and we will automatically ship the next bottle every 30 days for the reduced price of $49.95 USD. (that is the difference in the price you are noting, as the exchange rate in AU with shipping comes out to $98.16 AUD.)

As stated before, until finding this post, we had no record of a request to cancel the subscription.

Based on the shipping information, there are still two bottles en route to you, which we have courtesy refunded.
