Hard to give his company even 1 star. They are scammers...got one free bottle and it was useless. Even made me sick. Cancelled but they're still extracting money from my account even though no longer receiving goods. Change your bank card and they still manage to extract money. Borders on extortion in my opinion. Been going on for months.

I did the same- ordered one bottle free and paid postage on 15th Aug '23. But I have received nothing either and been charged full price each month since I.e. Sept Oct Nov.

My mum ordered from this company about 4 weeks ago and still has not recieved her product. What's really strange is that she did not receive any confirmation email for her order nor is there any real contact details online. We found an email address online and wrote to them but got the most weirdest disjointed auto reply I've ever seen- I don't think the inbox is actually monitored.
Furthermore, the site forces you to sign up to a monthly subscription and give card details before completing your first order. 4 weeks have passed and my mum has not recieved her order nor can we see how to cancel the subscription. The company obviously knows what they are doing and I seriously feel they are a rip off!
We would like to know when she will recieve her order and we would like to cancel the subscription ASAP ad we are sure the terms have kicked in now.

My 75 year old nan has had severe pain and decided to order the “free” tablets. They ended up charging her card $130 aus twice once a month. Obviously every reply back they will say “it’s in our terms and conditions that this is a subscription after the free bottle” but it doesn’t state anywhere except for there 10 page terms and conditions. Obviously they know what they are doing if they won’t state that it turns into a subscription when ur actually buying the free trial. Absolutely disgusting to rip off people and especially people in pain. I can’t even figure out how to cancel because I have no order number or email

The 90 day iron clad money back guarantee is very misleading. You can't return opened bottles. You cant return bottles received from a subscription. That doesn't leave a lot of room or time for a refund,
especially when there are only 30 servings per bottle.
What good is a refund policy if you can't try the product to see if works??

Who in their right mind would order a pill specifically for back pain; give me a break. Somehow they got my email address and these reoccurring pills kept coming until I call them direct to stop it. Do not under any circumstances order or even visit this web site because somehow they can get your email address and more info and the packets keep coming at $59/month.
I canceled with Wayne who did say when asked by me that I could get full credit back if unopened and mailed back at my expense. We'll see? If so I'll let you know.

The negative reviews I have read have mainly been about not understanding the terms and conditions rather than the product. To an extent, I can understand this, but it is worth saying I have used Heal-n-Soothe for several years, having found it to be remarkably effective in reducing numerous pains from which I was suffering. Needs the right dose. Best way to check this is after taking it for some time stop taking it. See what happens.

I have sent an email requesting to unsubscribe which I wasn't aware I was. While reading a previous email you stated it is term & agreement. I am on the aged pension and would like this cancelled and previous amount taken from account refunded immediately please as you left me with nothing while this medication caused me to be very ill.

Although I sent for a free trial that cost the postage I was never under any illusion that I had set up a subscription for you to send more pills through the post and deduct £64 from my bank account more scarier than that is after the first payment I requested that you stop but I have no way of finding my account finding who you are or stopping this payment system and so another payment has been withdrawn from my bank account

This product could be good but rice hull is an ingredient and studies have shown this to be inflammatory, which contradicts the purpose of the product. I returned my shipment because of this, still waiting on a refund, and hoping it's not going to be a problem like so many other people have experienced.

I had to say 1 but you don’t deserve it. I sent email to stop sending me your product. And today there is another one. If you don’t reply to customers it looks like a money grabber no matter what. Since you don’t bother replying I want spend another cent on returning your stuff. You took enough. Reading all other reviews you are no health provider except make healthy your wallet. No more!!!

I tried to unscribe the subscription last month because I didn't want to proceed with the order, when I noticed I would have to keep paying $79.90 every month, only for me to receive notification for debit alert from bank, it didn't go through because I have insufficient balance. Please help me unscribe from your end as I have made efforts to reach out to you for cancellation. I am not interested in the subscription again.

When a client sends an email for you to unsubscribe them please do so.
I have sent 3 mails to your company saying I want to be unsubscribed but at the next month I am still debited.
Please unsubscribe me with immediate effect. This case has been filed with my bank and the next will be my lawyer.

I never ordered from this site! I was reading about foods that help reduce inflation when the sight hyperlinks to try and sell me supplements. I closed out of the web page but somehow the got my credit card info, charged me $94.00 I only found this out when a unexpected package came to my home. IT WAS RETURNED UNOPENED.

I ordered 1 product. When it came it was accompanied by 6 bottles of a different product I did not know HBI offered. I did not nor would have ordered it had I known it existed. As with all their products it is expensive. HBI says since it was on my order I have to pay the return shipping. I truly hope the product I did order will be worth the hassle. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid this company at all costs I would be most grateful if you could cancel my order immediately after several months of failed communication every time we have rang the number it just cuts off and there is no visible email address we can contact I have even been into my bank to cancel your payments twice yet you still manage to find away to keep taking the payments £52.00 is a lot of money to keep loosing each month especially on something that doesn't work! I have now had no choice but to take this matter further.
