This company has charged me £63.23 for a wholly unauthorised transaction. A month ago I accepted a free offer of Heal&Soothe tablets for which I only had to pay the postage charge. They now have misused my credit card to steal £63.23 (USD 79.90) from me. These people are crooks and must be held accountable for their misconduct.
By the way, the so called pain relief tablets had absolutely no effect. A total con.

I thought l was making a one off purchase by trying this 'free product' but later discovered that they were continuing to take money out of my account each month with no way to unsubscribe only an address for a place in America. The help email address that sent me the first email for the product is not even valid to send emails too
I just want to be cancelled from this subscription, is it that hard?

I ordered the pain relief 28th December and got a confirmation of my order #4138485 . To date I received no goods and have checked the post office on three occasions. I now notice that they are taking a subscription from my bank that I was unwittingly conned into. They have cheated me of €75 this month and I cannot figure out how to cancel this scam. C Culllen

Ordered their enzyme treatment product to try and reduce some knee pain. Took the maximum dose suggested on the bottle and found absolutely no difference. Canceled the autoship option and their system asked some follow up questions and then told me I didn't take enough of a dosage. Don't waste your time with this product.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of response and resolution concerning my return request for the product I purchased from this company. I followed their 90-day return offer, I returned the product in August 2023. I followed their return process and provided all necessary details. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or update on the status of my refund. In an attempt to follow up on my request, I sent multiple emails and provided tracking details from Australia to ensure the safe return of the product. Regrettably, I have not received any response or indication of progress on my refund request.It is disheartening to see that this company is not upholding its promise of customer satisfaction. As a result, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter and share my experience with others to prevent them from facing similar frustrations. I urge you to prioritize resolving this issue promptly and providing the refund I am entitled to under your return policy. Failure to do so will only further tarnish your reputation and undermine the trust of your customers.

I ordered some capsules from the Healthy Back Institute costing less than £10. I then discovered they had created a monthly subscription costing £63 per month, which I didn't authorise. I have received nothing further from them and have instructed my bank to block any further payments. Suspect scam.

I found the product to be useless and I have been unable to cancel my order. I have asked my Bank to change my credit card on 2 occasions and you guys managed to get the new number. This is a scam as far as I am concerned.

This ia it the most unorganized company I have ever run accrost. The trainer Britany might be the program manager, but is a horrible trainer and the staff can't stand her. They expect you to learn to do everything in 30 days when it says you should have 2-3 months to learn.
the overall director (Waylon) is in Washington DC, and could care less about the local people, just the process.
If you like triple headed management and people from Venezuela, and DC not knowing what is going on, then this is the place place for you.
if you like ambiguity and spending your own money on completing forms in triplicate, and many times quadruplicte (because you can't get a corporate credit card), then your are in luck.
I hate to say it but these people need to go.
They don't value people who are more qualified than they are, then go for it.

The products this company offers may or may not be helpful, however the amount of pressure that is put on people to purchase and the scammy way that customers are signed up for subscriptions is immoral. I guppied into the "free bottle" which cost $10 to ship which I was fine with and it took so long because there were so many scammy emails tying to upsell me in order to receive the "free" bottle that I went to a local chiropractor, had a neuro emotional muscular treatment and was cured by that. The "free" bottle showed up after I was cured so I didn't try it. Then today (Jan 27) my debit card was charged for a subscription I thought I had cancelled. Customer service did take care of it, however this has cost me too much time and too much anxiety.
It could be a good product... however, a product that is supposed to help you should not be causing you anxiety & stress to purchase. There are other similar products in the marketplace; I would go and find them.

So I haven't actually tried the product yet, but most of the reviews on here have to do with customer service, subscription fees, or cancelation requests. I just ordered today, but pressed an add-on button accidently and didn't realize until after the order was processed. I called the number given on the confirmation page and got to talk to a representative within 1 minute who found my order and promptly cancelled and refunded my accidental purchase. Very easy and smooth interaction. Hopefully the product works when I get it!
One thing that would help would be to have a confirm your purchases before confirming order prompt before the order is processed (like Amazon has). Then accidental orders could be eliminated and maybe less negative reviews from people. This company clearly states the terms of subscription though so I don't know why so many people are surprised when they get a recurring fee.

As other complainants on here I signed up for the free bottle and to pay post and packing , have been absolutely bombarded by emails from them and realised this is probably some sort of scam . One email said they tried to debit my account and for me to click on a link which I was not going to do and this just furthered my belief that I was being scammed in some way . Then tonight I checked my bank account and saw a debit of £63.09 taken from my account ! I'm outraged that this company can just access my account just because I once paid for post and packing on a free sample that doesn't work anyway . It's nothing short of robbery . AND I CANNOT AFFORD IT ! I never agreed to a subscription of overpriced painkillers that don't work !! I advise anyone else who fancies trying this because they think it's a free bottle " don't do it " they don't work and it's just giving these people free access to your hard earned money . Them doing this to me has now left me without money for the end of the month to buy food and pay an important bill . I WANT THAT £63 BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT .

My husband also was scammed by this company. He received the first bottle of "Heal and Soothe" for a little over 10 dollars, unaware that this would be a "subscription." He found the tablets completely ineffective. From that point, we received bottles of the unwanted "Heal and Soothe" tablets--even after we spent $14.95 to cancel the subscription. It is extremely frustrating to be be treated this way. We will be contacting our bank to see what we can do.

I too have had unauthorized money taken from my visa for the last two months, with no product being sent. I have severe arthritis and was desperate for help. This product does NOTHING TO HELP YOU, but steal your money. I have unsubscribed, please tell me that this will mean you will stop charging me. I intend to get a new card on Monday. Will I get a refund on the money you have stollen?

SCAM ALERT! This product does NOT work and even though you pay for the shipping on a "free bottle" to see if it works and you select "NO AUTOSHIP", they still send the next shipment and charge you to ship it back. DO NOT EVEN TRY THE "FREE BOTTLE"! It doesn't work and it will cost you time and money!!!

Absolute scam!
It doesn't even deserve 1 star! My grandmother applied for the free bottle; only for her credit card to be charged monthly of $175 NZD since February! I canceled her subscription as soon as she told me what was going on (in September), because she was completely unaware the transactions were happening until her bank contacted her!
She tried canceling her card however, they can still hack into it, taking $175 NZD every month! (She's gotten 5 new credit cards in the last 10 months!) makes me sick how a company can scam their way into peoples wallets, whom are very vulnerable and take full advantage of the fact. I am disgusted!
