The pills do not work, and they continue to charge you without authorization. I have been trying to cancel and I am unable to. I had to call my bank to get a new card. Be careful.

I have been trying for months to cancel my orders. This product has not helped at all and it is now just an expense I do not need but cannot see how to cancel.

I listened to the presentation....the entire one! I am very hopeful as we ALL are who place an order. I think they rely on desperation. I am waiting for my order but I have to say all the add-ons after you think you place your order cheapens the experience and makes me doubtful. I was hoping this site was different. I'm tired of these "only available at this price at this time" shennigans. and the many no thank yous. If your product is soooo good then why do you have to resort to these insulting sales tactics? I will give a review of how the product works in a few weeks.
This company seems to have some very questionable practices - I was sent product I did not order, and when I attempted to go through the website to return it, the page errors out due to a zendesk configuration issue and the return is prevented.

I have to return the Heale n sooth capsizes. They have not helped. If anything they have put me to sleep. I started with the sample and am not impressed. The second bottle was supposed to be 49.95 but I’m being charged $58.00. This I cannot afford especially since I am not impressed with it.

I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I have had 2 spinal ablations and several rounds of steroid shots in my back and neck. I have been using heal and soothe for 2 months and I am pain free. I will never be without this product. Nothing gave me relief but Heal and Sooth has. I subscribed to get it monthly and have never had a problem with over charges or with receiving my order on time!

I paid for the free trial and then cancelled my subscription and received a email stating unsubscribe successfully 1mth late I get charged $128 even tho I unsubscribed ever mth I'm getting charged $128 this has been happening for the last.4mth and I can't find anywhere to unsubscribe from this can you explain how this is happening this is mind blowing how you unsubscribe to something but yet they still have access to take funds from your account how do you get a refund as I have 4 bottle sitting here collecting dust

Here is how this free trial scam works people. When you order a free trial and pay for the shipping they set you up a subscription to repeat the order which you have to cancel if you don't want any more orders. Lots of good sites do this kind of thing but this site CHARGES YOU FOR SETTING UP THE SUBSCRIPTION!
So you will have two lots of money taken from your bank even if you cancel the subscription. One for shipping and one for setting up a subscription.
If the product worked they wouldn't do this kind of thing.

This review is primarily about their marketing techniques. Last night I came across their web site and decided to try the free sample. After spending way more time than I wanted watching a video that could have conveyed the information in 2 or 3 minutes I agreed to the sample and, reluctantly, the monthly renewal. Unfortunately that wasn't enough as you can't complete the order without having to wade through pages of advertising trying to get you to sign up for more products with required monthly renewals. I don't know if Dr. Paris is behind this or if he has unknowingly signed up with an unscrupulous marketing company but in my opinion this is not how a reputable company does business. I would have been willing to do the shipping charge for the free bottle and if it worked order more. I do not like the idea of having to commit to a monthly charge for more product. Even with my prescription meds I order a 3 month supply myself. I know the providers like the automatic reorder system as it reduces their staff requirements but when i die I don't want renewals continuing to be charged to my account causing time wasted by my children to straighten it out. I'll consider trying it without required monthly charges and recommend you totally revamp your web site. That is if customer satisfaction is as important as the profit motive.

I ordered the free trial + 4 bottles of Heal and Soothe and wanted to go to check out but more products kept popping up to which I declined. Finally made it to check out and it ordered me the other two products I declined and took twice what I was planning to pay. So not cool! Plus there is no where that tells me when my will be shipped. I am expecting GREAT results and a refund of the products I did not order.

Another case of ignoring my cancellation - this is appalling behaviour and I now have 2 moths of unwanted product + the postage to the UK, I am horrified with the service or lack of it I have received, I have written nd unsubscribed but still the stuff keeps coming and it hasn't made any difference to my condition - just draining my bank balance

Stop using my credit card! You can find me ! You don't have any problem using my credit card illegally! Go back further...you have been rorting me for a long time. And you have refused my requests..several requests for a long time! I am a widow now& i don't have anyone! I don't even have a credit card anymore! I have told them to cancel it. I have to pay it off now! You won't win! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Please cancel my alleged subscription. I have no wish to continue with the medication and the ubstanciated claim you proport. I can't take, what ever it is, in the medication as on blood thinners due to a heart complaint

I didn't sign up for a subscription so I found it odd that I got an email saying that my next order was on the way. I tried to cancel for one whole day, and the website wouldn't let me into my account, saying that my email was invalid, even though it was the email they were sending all the announcements to, including the new shipment. But today I was finally able to get in and cancel it. However, that wasn't easy either. You have to give a reason to cancel and if you say you can't afford it, then it goes to an ad for a reduced pricing plan. Finally I had to pick, "I am completely pain free." That worked and I got a message saying my subscription was cancelled.
I am a senior and to be put through all this was very stressful. I knew I had not signed up for a subscription and was dismayed that money was going to leave my bank account again, when I already had 6 bottles left from the first shipment.
It's like the designed the cancellation system to encourage people to give up--especially seniors who may not have the stamina to follow it through.
