When I paid my initial $9.95 fora trial offer, the language used by the ceo was “no risk” try it for the shipping cost only. Well, like so many commenters, more product was received without meaning to subscribe for further shipments. So I read the full agreement and couldn’t find anything there about multiple orders. Called to cancel, and was told it was cancelled and I would receive email confirming. Email never came. Was shocked to read the full agreement as it outlawed “profanity, threats to employees,” and a host of other retributions that’s customer might take. Well think about it. They are ripping off people, many elderly and almost all in considerable pain. Based on my experience lying is also part of the business model. No wonder they are getting people very agitated.

Hi Don, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to gain any relief from the Heal-n-Soothe. Please note that Heal-n-Soothe is mainly used for inflammatory conditions such as arthritis or gout, and it may not be as effective for neurological conditions such as neuropathy. If your neuropathy does not have an inflammatory cause, then Heal-n-Soothe may not be helpful to you. A better option may be Super Joint Support, which does contain B12, an ingredient that has been shown to reduce neuropathy. In any case, I've canceled your subscription for the Heal-n-Soothe so there will no longer be any charges like the ones you listed here. Good luck with your pain relief journey!

i have just seen an amount on my credit card for £63.36, I have not ordered anything from this company Healthy Back Institute. Looking on line it seems that they try it on with a lot of people. My credit card company will hopefully get the money back for me.

My wife Anne Rice.

My wife Anne Rice made what she thought was a single sample order. We now see that our Amex account has been billed three times for sterling equivalent of $79.90 (+ transaction fee). We have received three tubs of the product, all of which are unopened, but how does one deal with a company in Austin/Las Vegas from UK. Telephone number doesn't respond and I cannot find an email address. I have dealt with situation by putting a block on our charge card, but meanwhile have £190 worth of unwanted (and unopened) pills. I ordered free trial however I then read on here it was a scam I cancelled but they sent me 4 bottles I don't even want to try now because of stress of the company .they said they have cancelled . Trying to contact to send back . No rely

No this does not help. You have not answered my question and I have emailed several times today I cannot call because my phone barrs me from international calling.
You cancelled the order then chose to send the order why ? . You send a courier to collect . The order was cancelled you confirmed this you gave me a partial refund . Then proceeded to post causing me more inconvenience and upset

I woukd like to update this post. The company have got back to me and assured me not to worry I have an email and evidence that I have nothing to worry about. I will take this information to my bank tomorrow ensuring no money will be taken out my account .

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. It was a mystery as to why these bottles of some supposed back pain supplements were being mailed to me. My wife and I did NOT order it. Somehow they got one of my wife's credit card numbers and charged it for 7 months. When I called, they lady said they would only do 3 months of refund if I mailed back the unopened bottles they have been sending.

Healthy Back Institute are thieves! AVOID THEM!

I signed up for a trial product, which never even worked. I tried to cancel my account but could not, and months later they are still taking money from my bank account. They do not respond to attempts to contact them - they are thieves. When I tried to reach them another way, a third party supplier (??) wanted to charge me $14.95 just to follow up! DON’T GO NEAR THEM!

Horrible, NOT FREE E NEWSLETTER! THEY CHARGE YOU!

Horrible! I was offered this "free" newsletter. I cancelled the
subscription for the supplement, and when I tried to cancel
this "FREE" newsletter, it kept giving me an error code.
Almost $17 for this "FREE" newsletter? Who charges that
much for a dang emailed newsletter anyway, even if it
wasn't free, which they advertised that it was! It says right
on the newsletter FREE!

They only refunded one charge not 2!

Pain -Not Now

I use to have pain in neck, back and ankle but it has basically subsided. If I take the HBI supplement, I am usually pain free even when I wear heels, line dance and perform. When I missed taking it a couple of days, I could tell and after 2 days of going back regularly, I became pain free again and yes for an almost 63 year old, I FEEL GOOD!

I tried to cancel this and I could not…

I tried to cancel this and I could not find a number and when I found some number on the internet I left a message and they never returned my call. I never received and other orders so I thought it was solved and now I have people harassing me saying they are going to send me all the orders from February and that I have to pay all of the back orders. I asked them to send me the info because I thought it was cancelled and they say they cannot until I send them the money. I just having them yelling at me that they will charge me 100s of dollars unless I pay them. I don’t even remember what I ordered if I did order anything. Please don’t order from them.

Best ever.

This product takes away my back and neck pain. I don't take it how they recommend, I just take 3 pills when I'm bad. Half an hour later I'm just about pain free.
I have had no problems with this company.
I recommend this product to many people and they have all had positive experiences.

No help… shady marketing

I too am unable to find anyway of cancelling this subscription. I didn’t realise it was a subscription I was trying a discounted supply and it didn’t help me after the first try I was falling asleep. I have FND and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it was making me worse. I’m trying to reduce my pain meds and thought this would help. Now I’m charged over £60 and it’s not something I can’t afford.
