I can’t take this product because of the shellfish ingredient fish ingredient because of my hyperactive thyroid.

I sent an email to cancel my subscription and have had no response from the Healthy Back Institute. I have also tried multiple times to log in to cancel my account. They say you have an account and you can easily access it, but you can’t. It seems that this company has made it very difficult to cancel a subscription.
I would like to return my unopened bottles of Heal n Soothe and CANCEL my subscription.

Unrequested subscription taken from my vredit card

I originally order 3 bottles of Heal n Sooth for delivery to my Irish address and after sending a number of emails, I was informed that my order was despatched.
However the courier was unable to deliver to Ireland and in fairness my money was returned.
I then placed an order on 27th July 2024 for 3 bottles to be delivered to my brothers address in Luton, England -cost $96.95. The order was delivered and I have been using the tablets.
However I NEVER requested a free bottle nor did I sign up for a monthly prescription. I would therefore request the refund of the $79.80 taken illegally from October 2024 to January 2025

The reply from the Healthy Back Institute shows the kind of people they are.
Apparently the so called FREE bottle of Heal n Soothe entitles them to extract $79.80 each month from their unsuspecting customers.
They state that is not illegal. I intend to follow up on that and have asked a relative in Boston to check out the relevant US authorities that I can contact to investigate this racket.
I will pursue this to the utmost as a matter of principle.

The Anthony account - a free trial bottle was purchase on 7/26/2024, in addition to 2 other bottles, hence the 3 in total. Don't even try to give them your credit card when they entice for free trial specimen for shipping only. Then they start charging you every month and I don't know what kind of proof they have that even your bank not be able to get your money back when you dispute the charges. some concerns about Lose the Bck Pain


I have some concerns about this company and the way their "system" processes orders. I ordered the trial bottle of Heal and Soothe, then agreed to the 2 pack of Heal and Soothe at a reduced price to be included. Somehow my order was changed to include 2 bottles of Super Joint Support I was NOT interested in; I did not tap the option to add this to my order. I called to cancel the 2 bottles I did not order but the Customer service representative, Steven, in Tampa, FL said it was too late to cancel. (This was about 28 hrs after initial order was placed). I had called immediately after I received my confirmation via email but the Support department was already closed.
Steven offered me a refund on one bottle but said the other one had to be returned at my expense before a refund of the second bottle would take place. So I was going to have to pay about $10 to return something I did NOT order. I asked if I could send back the empty bottles so postage would be less (under the 90 day satisfaction guarantee posted on the website)
Steven said no. Evidently the SMALL print says if you order 2 bottles, the guarantee as stated, does not apply.
He then said he was rescinding the offer of the credit to my account because of our conversation.
Now I'm really unhappy with the fraudulent change of $89, the misleading 90 day money back guarantee posted on the website, AND Steven getting snarky with me.
I do see that there has been a full refund of the $89 plus $5 for tax, which I am grateful for.
I want others to know about their customer service representative as well as the somewhat dishonest way the 90 day money back guarantee is presented. We are encouraged to order more when we check out from the purchase of the free trial, not realizing the money back guarantee does not apply as stated by the website and Dr Paris's presentation.
This does not seem to be in the best interest of potential clients, and contradicting of how Dr Paris expounds about his eagerness to get his magic pills out to the public and "do all he can to help people with back pain".
While I appreciate the refund, i am very disappointed in the customer service and general integrity of this company.

I did not receive any benefits from the…

I did not receive any benefits from the Heal n Soothe. 7 were shipped to me, I was told I could return unused portion if no benefits..no questions asked for a refund. A receipt was not received, only a packing slip. No # to call or email. My chiropractor for over 30 years said there was really very little benefit to me, not worth $39/bottle. Don't do it

Experience Is Good So Far

I have to return the product due to MD said due to my health conditions I should not take this, as may react with medications. I was able to reach a person after about 30 minutes of being on hold. Return instructions were easy and also are posted on their web page.

I will post back on this site to let everyone know if return goes through or not, but so my experience has been good. Alex from customer service was kind and gave clear instructions.

Healthy Back Institute a sheister outfit

This company is a joke. The products don't work at all!!!! And the products have soy and shell fish in them which are major allergies. I'm intolerant to both!!! When you order a product you get this constant messaging trying to get you to buy more for less and other products. Don't be fooled by their positive remarks I would now not beleive 1 of them!!! I had to send almost $500 worth of 'Heal and Soothe' and 'Super Joint Support' back due to ingredients I didn't see in the Heal and Soothe. Soy has many names!!! The joint supplement I did not see ingredients it was during them flashing 1 product after another at me and I just wanted to check out. The customer service is not surprisingly rude and impatient and I have to pay for the return. This is not a health oriented company otherwise they'd never put soy or shell fish in their products and they'd certainly make sure customers saw top 3 allergens were in their products. DON'T BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SHEISTERS!!!!

Do NOT set up auto-ship without EXPRESS OK from buyers !!

This relates to a past order of Heal 'N Soothe dietary supplements. The recent unauthorised charge was in name of Healthy Back Institute, hence my initial confusion. Don't wave the fine print of Terms & Conditions at us to justify unwanted shipments, we don't give a damn. I will not accept any uninvited deliveries and they will be sent back at your expense. It is your responsibility to obtain PRIOR approval from a buyer for repeat ordering, not to inflict autoship by default. For example, ask them to check (not uncheck) a box. Approval must be perfectly clear and confirmed back to them.

Avoid them! They’ve hacked my online wallet and tried to extract funds twice in the last week. Fortunately my card company declined them both times, but I’ve had to manage without a card while they issue a new card.

Scammers who will not meet expectations as advertised.

If I could give a NEGATIVE rating, would certainly apply. I called after 60 days, never got a refund after the "TRIAL" bottles were returned. Not only that, for the next 6 months, I kept getting charged $53.99 for bottles that were never opened and later returned. All that to try something to the equivalent of tumeric and ginger in a pill.

Did the medicine work?? No, not feeling or easing of aches or pains, in the back or elsewhere.

I tried to un-subscribe after finding from my Doctor that an ingredient conflicted with a medication I have. This was when I found the Institute charged my account that I didn't know a had. Then trying to unsubscribe was a nightmare. The process wanted me to sign up again. Why???

Sold my credit card number to fraudsters

Within days of ordering from this site my credit card was swamped with fraudulent charges for a variety of nutritional supplement outfits. I am convinced that the operators of this site sold my credit card number to scammers.

Update one month later: Healthy Back Institute charged another $434.85 to my Visa for nothing at all. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS, NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I have like the customers above received a number of unasked-for containers of HealnSoothe, which I understand may be a result of misunderstanding (I am not complaining). However, I do not need this supplement and it does not help me. Please could you desist from sending these capsules/tablets, and also from taking any more money out of my account..
