Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered!

Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.

I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken.
Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow.

Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section.

Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.

I ordered an IPhone case that came in a sealed Apple box. It’s great-looking, brand new, and much less expensive than buying from Apple direct, which is no longer selling Mini cases on the regular. I HIGHLY recommend Loop Mobile. Customer service was 100% when I needed some help. Thanks Loop Mobile!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. A year ago I purchased a computer from them. They sent me an Apple that was 5 years older than advertised and worth almost nothing. The asked me to send it in for a replacement. Now they have my computer and my $1,000 and for six months they’ve been telling me to be patient and they will send a replacement. Scammers!

This is a scandalous company. Bought a MacBook Pro m1 14inch through Back Market. Loop Mobile beign the seller. And this company had the audacity to send me the wrong charger. A mag 2 charger instead of a mag 3 charger. That was clearly on purpose. After just buying a laptop and excited about it. Super let down by the fact I was not able to charge it. I will be returning this laptop back. Buyer beware!
