I paid extra for a phone in "Pristine" condition. This did not apparently translate to the components of the phone as it came with only 85% battery life, the bare minimum they deliver without replacing the battery. This is a problem as the 2400 battery is already small for today's power demands. Neither of the phone numbers for customer service work and do not allow you to hold or wait. They just drop the call.
To be fair, I did send an email ~24 hours ago and am waiting for a response from Loop. I will update my rating if my experience improves.
**UPDATE : Updating review to 4 stars.
After a few weeks of back-and forth, their CS did eventually work to find a replacement with better battery life. The exchange went well and I am happy with the new unit.

The problem is solved. Thanks to Gabriela. I'd love to share with you that they are responsible for the problem.

I ordered an iphone case and needed to get customer service that I had ordered the wrong case. I have no idea how to return this item. This is the responds I got:

I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.

I was promised 2 day delivery and it took 4 days.

On time, product (iphone 11) looked good, well-packaged. Everything was there.

Such a great and easy experience with loop! It delivered so quickly and came in perfect condition. I love shopping more sustainably so this was the best option for me!

I got a call from customer care and everything is resolved... She promptly addressed the matter as the phones were delivered and I wasn't informed via email (I stay at 2 homes 15 minutes apart)
