Correcto. Problemas idiomáticos en la comunicación. No entiendo los cargos que me han llegado: uno de la compañía aérea y otro de una empresa que no conozco (por cierto, la suma supera en 9 euros el importe autorizado). No obstante, el precio global es bueno y volveré a utilizar el servicio

I can't believe that I found lookupvacations.com through airfarewatchdog.com! I used to have trust in that service, but no more! Such an unprofessional joke booking a flight with "lookupvacations.com". I made 2 reservations for 4 tickets from RDU to MCO at a price of $122/each. I waited and waited for a confirmation...but nothing. They never issued the tickets and when I tried to call them their "call center" lines were terrible. I couldn't hear them...the audio kept going out. Finally they said they could talk to me through Skype...which I did not do. The next day I emailed them for a status on both of my bookings...they then promptly canceled both my bookings.

I trusted airfarewatchdog.com to do business with reputable companies who are professionals in the travel business. This interaction with lookupvacations.com has made me question the validity of airfarewatchdog.com and I will ensure that I am sharing this terrible experience on the many travel sites that I contribute to.

Highly disappointing, I won't use either site ever again. DO NOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE SITES.

por €706 el cual NO incluía comida, me dijo que ya no había, que me ofrecía otra opción por €878,86 y que esta SI incluía ese servicio + selección de asiento, etc
Le he preguntado en varias ocasiones si realmente me incluía comida a lo que el respondía que SI, incluso le pedí detalle de ese servicio y dijo que ya lo recibiria! Algo que Jamás sucedio.
Para mi sorpesa no he recibido NADA en todo el vuelo! No me incluía ni un café!

ME SIENTO ESTAFADA

Observación...deberian tener vendedores de habla ispana ya que quien me atendía se enfadaba cada vez que no nos comprendiamos.

After 13 weeks dealing with customer service, finally I got my money back - Thanks Trustpilot for giving customers power to raise these issues and put pressure on the company. Unacceptable customer service. Below full details of this thriller / parody

21 Dec: One Friday in early November I tried to buy a ticket for a flight for the next Monday (urgen personal issue). There was an error with the credit card payment and the ticket purchase was never completed with the airline. On Sunday, one day before the theoretical flight, I informed Lookupvacations and they told me about the payment problem and that I had no ticket. Despite having no ticket, I got charged the "agent" fee of circa 400 USD. I have been trying to get my money back since then (45 days already). The customer service keeps saying me not to worry, that they are processing the payment... They are lying to me since then, very frustrating experience. It looks like a fraud.

Dec 22nd: after my review I talked to James/Juan/Henry (it seems to me it is the same person with different names - shady), he complained about me giving one star and told me (again) not to worry that I should get my money back around Jan 10th 2022 - un believable. I will keep updating on their practices until they give me a solution.

Jan 3rd 2022: another call, same answer (this time from Miguel). Theoretically they will process my refund tomorrow (Jan 4th). I guess I will have to write here again next week after another (one more) lie from this company

Jan 10th: another week goes by without receiving my money. Today I talked to James, he asked me to send an screenshot of the amount due (yes, 2 months later). "Dont worry sir....bla bla bla")

Jan 18th: finally I got the refund. They told me that it took so long because at the beginning they thought I was trying to cheat them. Unbelievable. After the refund, now their customer service is chasing me to change/delete this review.

WE NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION AND AUTHORIZATION SENT BY EMAIL but they have charged the quantities in my credit card without my consent.

When I see the charges in my bank I send them a email for returning hem to me the charges but they send me the booking Iberia 354XWQ with the wrong surnames and now they say that they can't do anything.

I think they are scammers because raise the prices and do charges in your credit card without your authoritation. I'm trying to fix it but they say that They can do anything, even when it has been his own wrong.

I'll keep this bad opinion until the give me a solution.

James came through with my last minute booking and I saved more than 50% other carriers were charging. I recommend LookUpVacations, contact James. He's the truth.
