I booked on here and had a back and forth argument with someone who can’t spell. My husband booked flights and we wanted to cancel these and went back and forth on chat.
Only when I threw their policy and better business bureau in their face did they cancel.
Here it’s the conversation:
it will cost you 50 usd per pax
If you can’t spell tax that’s getting scary

We were looking for tickets to Cancun in the summertime, and the prices were so high everywhere. but Mike helped us to find these incredibly reasonable tickets. we had some challenges on the day of our trip due to us not making it on time, we called and again Mike worked diligently to get us to our destination. The customer service is impeccable. I will always use this company

No compréis es un timo. Recibí la reserva y todo parecía correcto hasta el momento del checkin donde la reserva ya no aparecía online. Al intentar contactar con ellos te van diciendo que lo solucionan, nunca lo hacen, y finalmente te bloquean. Mucho cuidado.

Flight advertised at $140. Booked it. Said I’ll get confirmation within 4 hours. Contacted customer service who then informed me “The airlines canceled all economy seating and now only offer main cabin seating at a higher price”. Contacted the airlines who said that was not true. Therefore it’s their way of getting you hooked in at a cheap price (that’s not available anywhere else on the internet), then feeding you a false story and making you pay the full price (same price advertised on American Airlines website).

I was looking for plane tickets to visit my son and his family in mexico. prices were sky high. i found lookupvacations and ended up paying less than half what i would have paid through any other place. they were easy to deal with and easy to talk to. i would not have been able to afford to go see my son and his family if i would not have found lookupvacations.

I actually had to come back to change this review. It went from a 3-star to a 5 star because of the great customer service and committment by James, the sales rep. I admit I got nervous and thought I was scammed, but I got my ticket on a major airline at half the cost on the airline website. It took longer than I thought, but it is explained on their website. I just didn't see it. They are legit, and they are committed to service. Thank you James!!

Do not book from here! We just booked a flight to costa rica, and then within 5 minutes of booking, they call us to tell us the flight is not available anymore and we need to pay double to be on the main cabin. Definitely fishy and that is how they get you to book through their site.

NEFASTO!! No utilicen esta empresa NUNCA!! Primero engañan con la gestión de asientos y maletas. Gracias a un comentario que puse aquí y para que lo borrara, conseguimos que nos dieran asientos pero ahora, por motivos MUY GRAVES de salud, he intentado que me ayudaran a cambiar las fechas de un vuelo que he comprado con ellos. He llamado por teléfono (al español y al americano), por whatsapp, por mail (tanto en la central americana como en la española), por mensaje en su página (también en las dos versiones). Ha sido IMPOSIBLE contactar y no han respondido a ninguno de los mensajes. Resultado: he perdido mi billete y dinero. La compañía aérea no me podía ayudar puesto que lookupvacation tienen bloqueados lo billetes que se compran con ellos.

James has been impeccable helping me with my booking . He always helps me find a good deal on the dates that I need. He is very kind and professional. I will continue working with him on all my travels!

Acabo de comprar 3 billetes para viajar a Ecuador. La manera como trabajan es diferente a como funcionan las otras operadoras por Ejm. no se hace un pago único sino que hay un pago para la eorolínea y otro pago para una empresa, el contacto es mediante Watssap o por el xat. Mi contacto fue Miguel Angel y a pesar de la dificultad idiomática todo fue bien, menos un día que no contestaba mis mensajes pero luego Alejandro que es una bellisima persona me supo explicar todo el proceso. Al ser una experiencia totalmente diferente la verdad que lo viví con mucho nerviosismo Miguel Angel tuvo mucha pasiencia conmigo. Recomendado totalmente, no les doy 5 estrellas porque considero importante recibir desde el inicio una explicación sobre como va a ir todo el proceso. (pagos, tiempo de espera, agente asignado, etc.) Gracias Miguel Angel

They were right... We were in tussle to compare the best prices. I found their prices to be the best, eventually after a lot of research ( coz i didnt believe them initially) . They were patient and allowed me to do the research.

Good guys, very professional. Mikel and Kenneth they are two stars of the agency but everyone else I spoke to were also polite and willing to help.

I wanted to thank trustpilot for their service. I can say that everything I asked for they went out of there way to help. They even told me if I have any problems during my flight, seatings, or airport to give them a call. I can really say that I will purchase tickets with them again. .

Puedo decir que son muy confiables y efectivos. En todo momento te acompañan con las dudas. Al ser precios muy diferentes a los demás si que genera alguna sospecha de que sea algo fraudulento pero por mi experiencia doy fe que es fiable. Alejandro es unos de los gestores que se ocupa de atender todas las dudas. Es impecable, muy atento y por lo menos a mi siempre me respondió todo. Desde la compra que realice, pasaron dos dias y obtuve mis códigos de reserva. No tengo nada que criticar a esta empresa. Son profesionales.
