They booked me a flight for Southwest airlines … I needed to go to a funeral and when I got to the gate the electronic boarding pass would not register. I am beyond upset and furious.

This page is a scam: Don't use it: We bought a ticket for "American Airlines" "at a discount." We received an email that they were supposedly processing the payment with the reservation number and our information. The order totaled 875, and this was on April 17, 2025. I called the supposed number, but they sent me to voicemail. But the answers I received were that the reservation was canceled. On April 25, 2025, I received a notification from the bank charging me $1,000.00 under the company Hahn Air. I went back and contacted customer service, and they said my reservation was canceled and that they hadn't charged me anything. I called my bank. Luckily, I have protection from the bank, and they will investigate the case. Don't make my mistake. This page is a real scam!

Booked through Lookupvacations after seeing a good fare deal, and everything went fine. The seat assignment wasn’t available at booking but I called later and they arranged it quickly. No drama, no back and forth.

I booked airline tickets on November 21, 2024, received a confirmation that the payment was successful, and obtained the Delta reservation number from lookupvacations.com shortly thereafter. Upon reviewing my December 2024 credit card statement, I discovered a duplicate charge for the same amount, 9 days after the original transaction, from this company. Also, transactions were processed by "Trave Alliance LLC Dubai AE."

This situation raised a red flag, and I contacted Delta Airlines. I was informed that this travel agency did not issue any airline tickets in our names, and they are unable to locate the confirmation/reservation number provided to me. I was instructed to contact this third-party booking agency to inquire about the issue.

The phone number 1-855-526-0277 goes straight to voicemail; I left voicemails, but there have been no callbacks. I sent emails, but to this day, nothing has been resolved; I have received no answers about what is happening. I am stressed out and worried that I was a victim of fraud.

As of 01/28/2025, we are at a crossroads: either book more expensive airline tickets elsewhere as our travel date approaches, or wait for this company to resolve the issue. However, this situation is making us worried that we were swindled out of our money by luring us with discounted tickets, and we are also concerned that even if they issue the tickets, they will cancel them before our departure.

Additionally, we have booked hotel reservations for this round trip, as there are layovers of 14-23 hours at each stop on our way to our destinations. However, we will now lose that money, as the new tickets we will purchase will have a different itinerary. Very inconsiderate to put customers through this hell...

"Customer Focus" and "Responsive and Fast" promises on their website are a complete LIE.

04/14/2025 Update: I still have not received my refunds. Emails and phone calls remain unanswered. Contacted the payment processing company, MAMO, used by this company, and was informed that if the business has no funds available in their bank account, refunds cannot be sent.

06/30/2025 Update: Lookupvacations.com is still ignoring my emails requesting a refund.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Had flight booked through them then receive a email morning of the flight saying my flight is cancelled. Call the airline and they say they cancelled it. Tried to call no answer no way to contact. Get an email after booking a different flight and disputing the charge saying that they cancelled it because I disputed the charge on the 29th. I disputed on Nov 7th after the flight got cancelled. Very shady. Spend the extra money and go through the airlines so you don’t get stranded.

This third party its fraud, they make hotel reservations using another persons identity and points, charge the person for a high price and use the points that give you free nights!! they hacked Marriott's accounts. FRAUD NEVER BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Wow if you could give zero stars I would certainly have done that. Booked 4 tickets for a relatively good price, about $350 cheaper total than what I would have spent on another more well known site. Thought I am tired of watching prices and they have the exact flights i need. So book or so I think. READ THE FINE PRINT! Was not sold tickets just a phone call from the company to sell me higher seats on the flights by THOUSANDS More as in $2500 more!!! I say no so let me see if I can find you a flight on one of our other carriers...Why yes I can let me upsell you them at the same price or wait no a little higher then what I can sit here at my computer and see for myself! Save your time, frustration and overall like for other people and Run don't walk away from this company!

I made a reservation for flight tickets at great price. Then was told the economy seats were sold out and offered a different airline at higher prices. When I searched the airline flight still had available seats. I think this is their way to get you book at a low price that was not even available and then try to upsell to higher ticket price. SCAM

Booking in and out of Guyana can become complicated, especially with more airlines flying to CJIA. Customer service was very responsive and patient with confirming the tickets. They stayed on the phone and called back when necessary to confirm everything was set including booking my preferred seat. I would definitely use this service again!!!
