Jackson the agent was wonderful. However there was a gaping omission! He NEVER TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SEATS. That added $200.00 to our flights! What a RIP OFF! We called and spoke to supervisor Nick who said he’d listened to transcript of our call when booking. HE ADMITTED WE WERE NOT TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED by the airlines for our SEATS! He refused to do anything to correct this egregious error on the part of 1800flyeurope!!!!!! Thanks for NOTHING!

Usually when something is too good to be true, I'm skeptical. But with 1800FlyEurope, I finally have found a company that is too good AND true. Why don't more people know about this amazing company? Not only did Dylan help me find an airfare that was almost $200 below any other airfare I could find, but then Jackson let me know that he could hold the fare for a little while in case the fare went down! If airlines treated customers the way this company and Dylan and Jackson do, flying would be a pleasure again. And for me it will be!

Excellent deal on a ticket from the US to UK. Only downside is that I don't think 1800-Fly Europe is very flexible on changes/cancellations.

This is not the first time I've used 1800FlyEurope. With over thirty flights to Europe under my belt, I've used a variety of web portals for my bookings. 1800FlyEurope doesn't always have exactly what I am searching for - I am pretty particular about connecting airports, airlines used, departure and arrival times, etc. - but for my next trip, they had exactly what I was looking for at rates competitive to those found on airlines websites, but the airline websites didn't offer the flight times I was wanting in the lower prices. Although they say you may or may not be eligible to collect airline miles, I have always been able to collect miles for flights booked via 1800FlyEurope, albeit they have always been on major airlines. Overall, they are one of the 5-6 go-to websites I check when making reservations overseas.

I had been checking prices on several other websites and when I was ready to book my flight, I tried to book first with a major airline. I got all the way through the process and then after giving my credit card information was told that the confirmation could not be confirmed at that price that I would have to start all over again and now the price would be $200 more than advertised. I then went to another well known booking site to experience the exact same scenario. I was completely frustrated. I dont even know how I stumbled onto 1800flyeurope but I found it and found the price I had been promised both times. I went through the entire process gun shy feeling like it wasnt going to happen. When I completed all of the information, I was then sent my flight confirmation. I was relieved. I would use this website again.

Facile website that made booking my trip to Spain especially enjoyable!

I was not sure what to expect from the company. I wound up having to call them a couple of times including once right before closing time. All the people took their time with making sure all my questions were answered. They guided through the challenges I faced with great customer service skills. Since I manage customer service business and I have college level customer service courses, I understand the challenges the representatives face. They were polite, helpful and empathetic. You could not ask for a better experience.

As above plus very good customer service, with the phone and request quickly dealt with.

I called them asking if it were okay if I booked a flight, despite being a minor. The woman on the phone was very helpful. Although this site doesn't look trustworthy, I got an email with my conformation shortly after I had booked. Would definitely use again! Cheap prices and reliable

The prices seem too good to be true, sometimes. I've never had an issue. Phone service is not the friendliest or most pleasant. But rarely have to call.

Was looking for a one way ticket San Francisco to London non-stop. Was able to book online and cost was quite a bit cheaper than I had found elsewhere. Soon after I booked the ticket I was able to Manage My Booking on the Virgin Atlantic site, after I worked out that I needed the Reservation Code and that I needed to enter my first and middle name together without a space. I changed my seat to an aisle seat and ordered vegetarian meal! Great!

I have never booked tickets through this avenue before. I made a major error in my reservation and they fixed it without any hassle.

I found 1800traveurope by accident. I was surprised at all the great rates. Also, their web site is easy to navigate and easy to read/follow! I'll for sure book with them again!

I have been monitoring flights from several flights, and I had yet to see any fares as competative on one-way travel! I was impressed with the simplicity of checkout and I quickly received confirmation for all of my information. I would definitely use this site again, and will refer it to others.
