I have still yet to receive my delivery and yet your app is asking me to checkout. What I’m really anxious about is that you will charge me for undelivered iteams - please don’t! If you do, I will have to go to the ombudsman. I have used your contact form twice but I just get a robotic reply. You should contact EVRI or stop using them because they are unreliable. The cheapest option is never the best option, you will lose customers. I requested an update on Friday but received nothing!

Valt erg tegen.
Er wordt bijna dagelijks gevraagd of je aan wil geven wat je van geselecteerde items vindt, zodat ze je smaak leren kennen. Vervolgens krijg ik in m'n selectie allerlei items waarvan ik heb aangegeven dat ik ze niet mooi vind. Vooraf moet je aangeven wat je zoekt en wat niet. Ook hier wordt daarna geen rekening mee gehouden. Voor m'n 2e box daarom gevraagd om een nieuwe personal shopper, maar helaas hetzelfde. Kon niet per direct opzeggen, moest nog 1 box afnemen. Kan alles wel terug sturen. Maar dan betaal je wel een tientje voor het maken van de box. Weinig vernieuwende merken en items. Gevoelsmatig vooral "left overs" en geen kleding van nu.

Total scam and they know what they’re doing.
This company, stole from me and now they’re blaming me for it. I wrote a one-star review for this company a bit over a month ago here in trustpilot. (It doesn’t let me link it).
Cause I returned some items, and they didn’t receive the full package, which was a fault of their delivery partner, because I shipped everything because everything they sent me was horrible. They emailed me telling me that they will charge me for items I didn’t keep, which I told them I didn’t keep and how can I prove it, then they told me to send a declaration of honor together with a picture of my ID which I did, right the next day, and from there I was 100% ghosted and my money was stolen. I sent a report to my bank to block this purchase and this seller, the bank took a few weeks investigating and just replied to me yesterday and told me to send them the invoice. And guess what? There is no proof anywhere in my Lookiero account that I made this purchase. How convenient right? So I contacted them yesterday, and they told me that it was me who never replied to their email requesting the declaration, which I did, the next day. So now I sent them the screenshots but I don’t trust that they’ll reply to me anymore. I have all the proof of everything that happened but this company choses to ignore complaints and steal money. I just want to get my refund, I did everyhing they asked for and I’m still on the losing side 😭.
This company knows very well what they’re doing, there is no proof anywhere in my account that I even made an order with them all I have are the emails, and now conveniently I also don’t get ads from them when before I was SPAMMED by them. But you know what they still have? My credit card information, how nice. Just avoid, the experience with this company has been a nightmare from the start.
Ugh, and then they reply to you here in trustpilot and they’re like “please, reach out via the form on our website” and the form is like burried in tabs and tabs inside their help center. Just awful customer experience.
EDIT: After two one-star reviews in Trustpilot and rage-commenting in all their social media posts in different languages, I got a reply and my money back. Thank you! But do take action to fix this, your customers shouldn’t have to go through all of this to get a proper service.

Ik kreeg een box die heel goed uitpakte (maar waarover ik eerder mijn twijfels had). Dat zijn de leukste! Een fijne kleurige broek voor de warme zomerdagen en een paar leuke shirts! Ik ben fan van Lookiero.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I kept one item. Sent the rest back. Paid for the t shirt. Got confirmation for this. Looked at the other clothes they might send, decided I probably wouldnt wear the majority of them so cancelled subscription. Kept getting emails stating there was difficulty getting payment. Then a few weeks later another email stating I was due double what I had paid. I asked why and got a response to say, they hadnt received payment for another item, that I havent got. The whole process was quite cumbersome. I have sent the required information to put a stop to the harassment. I am glad I cancelled subscription.

Orders lost. No response via Contact Form
I usually have no problems with Lookiero orders and love the clothes I buy (via the LookIN option) but two orders I’ve paid for totalling over £300 that were allegedly shipped via Evri 16/04/25 are still showing as not received by Evri. I have sent 3 messages to Lookiero via the contact form over the past two weeks and have received zero reply. There is no other way to contact.

I have paid for everything
I have paid for everything, yet they keep asking for payment. I have sent proof of payment from the bank enough times, but for some reason they cannot locate the payment. It is impossible to contact them, even through the contact form. It just won't send for some reason. I don't know what is going on, but this is now getting ridiculous.

Niets bestellen. Echt bedrog. Ik vroeg naar 2 kleedjes en ik krijg keuze uit de lijst van 10 stukken waar een jeansbroek en 2 licht roze bovenstuklen tussen staan om te dragen terwijl ik dan al had aangegeven om geen lichte kleuren te geven vermits ik een herfsttype ben en er totaal niet mee sta. Ik heb die feedback doorgegeven, heb 5 kledingstukken dan maar gekozen om te vermijden dat ik spullen in de box krijg die ik helemaal niet draag. Er zij gewoonweg dingen vervangen zonder even na te vragen. Met als gevolg er helemaal niks past en ik mijn 10 euro kwijt ben. Heb klachtenmail gestuurd omdat mijn personal shopper 2 keer in de fout is gegaan. Er wordt niet naar een oplossing gezocht. Ze sturen gewoon maar wat op, ook al vraag je er niet naar en je bent 10 euro kwijt!

Lookiero is besteld in verband met nieuwsgierigheid. Ik ben klein van stuk 1.52 meter en kan lastig broeken vinden. Maar wat schept mijn verbazing. Echte leuke, betaalbare kleding. Die ook nog passen. Niet verwacht dat ik uberhaupt iets zou houden. Ben alweer nieuwsgierig wat in de volgende box zit!

Mooie kleding combies
De kledingbox die door Lookiero samengesteld wordt is voor mij erg verrassend en het zijn mooie combinaties. Ik heb er nu 2 ontvangen en ik ben erg tevreden. Ik ben vrij klein en ik heb nu 2 broeken ontvangen die precies mijn goede lengtemaat hebben.

Box ontvangen met een kapotte blouse
Box ontvangen met een kapotte blouse erin. Hierover een bericht gestuurd, kreeg reactie terug dat het niet goed te zien was. Teruggemaild met nog meer foto’s, geen reactie. Ondertussen nog niet de box bevestigd want wilde eerst weten hoe dit opgelost zou worden want ik vind de blouse leuk. Tot op heden geen reactie na meermaals mailen omdat ze geen andere contact mogelijkheid hebben. Erg storend! Ondertussen is wel zonder mijn goedkeuring de box bevestigd en de totale kosten bij mij in rekening gebracht!! Hier ben ik het totaal niet over eens en erg pissed over.. Trap er niet in! Lijkt leuk maar zodra het even niet soepel loopt ben je de klos.. Verschrikkelijk!
