I ordered 2 boxes of tofu since 25/8/2025 and delivered 29/8/2025 , I fried them on 6/9/2025 but all very sour I just could not eat them, tofu box showed that "used by 9/9/2025" means I still have chance to cook them
I binned them all,

I got sent the wrong order then was told that the correct order was never available in the first place. I was offered 20% off only. Really quite poor. Expected far better.

My dumplings arrived fully defrosted and inedible.

They had to go in the bin.

Customer service is only willing to offer a partial refund as they believe the items were still useable.

My items contained pork and prawns. Not a foodstuff I was willing to try and re-freeze. The packaging did state do not re-freeze once thawed.

Very disappointed with customer service. Frozen goods left outside without knocking. Defrosted and had to be binned. No compensation despite buying replacements from Longdan. Advised that I should have followed the delivery on the tracking link.

Delivery was very quick. There was a problem with my order and I was emailed within a few minutes of placing it and it was resolved very quickly.
However the stock was low and there were more sold out items than available items

update: after 10 days I got my delivery but 2x items were missing with no explanation whilst another was 2 months out of date. I had to email on each of these.

I ordered £65 worth of groceries which included frozen food. Despite explicit instruction on their website that orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays would be dispatched the following week, the groceries were sent the next day. I then had to reschedule to Monday and tell Longdan to refund or replace the surely defrosted items.

However they have neither been delivered (it's now Wednesday), nor is the DHL tracker updating. Worst of all Longdan are not responding to me via email and put the phone down on me when I tried to ring yesterday.

Do not trust their delivery instructions. I've now stayed at home THREE days in a row to take delivery of something they won't even respond to me on

The delivery was sent by DHL super fast and sent next day. I will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

The order comes in very packaged, very good delivery. Only things is the fresh herbs & vegetables got frozen by the frozen food that packed together, if the frozen food that was inside the same package with frozen food that would be perfect, 4,1/2 ⭐️

I shop here regularly. The prices are great for imported goods, there's so much choice, and the staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for affordable Asian groceries!
