I always get my matcha from Longdan, and I couldn’t recommend them more! My orders are always delivered quickly and arrive perfectly packaged. The customer service team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them!

I ordered 2 bottles of leather sofa cleaner.
The bottles are tiny !
The advert used is totally misleading.
The product is awful it has actually made my old sofa look worse .
I have contacted customer service sending photos of the sofa. They offered to send me another product if I pay £2.85 postage.
The tell me that the factory is overseas and that I would have to pay the return postage .
Awful!
This product is definitely not fit for purpose.

Used to be problem free then several bad experiences. Kept advertising goods on their website that were not available, causing a lot of inconvenience. I suspect it was to get customers through the door. Not very apologetic about the hassle caused. Last straw was an attempt to overcharge for shipping when I had bought well over their threshold for free shipping. Having lost trust and patience, I asked them to cancel the whole order, which they agreed to do, in writing. I made a purchase elsewhere with another supplier. But then lo and behold, Longdan sent the order anywhere, slyly refunding only the cost of the shipping which I had called them out for. Sharp practice. Beware.

It’s exactly what I need for my Chinese and Japanese cooking—the range is so much better and more authentic than what you can find in the big supermarkets like Sainsbury's.
