SMILE surgery at LVC
I am extremely happy with my surgery, pre-op and post-op care. Everything was explained very clearly and my eyes were carefully monitored. I felt comfortable at every stage and knew what was coming next. The doctors and carers are clearly experienced. I also feel very happy that I went through this as it really has changed my life. I hadn't realised the small things that I struggled with before.

London Vision Clinic was my first choice for Lens Replacement Surgery
London Vision Clinic was my first choice when my optician found cataracts in my eyes because of the wonderful treatment my daughter received when she had laser surgery there. They continued to support her long after the post-op follow-up.
So, as soon as I left the optician, I called LVC. They still had my records from 4 years ago when I was considering laser eye surgery. My appointment the following week was like visiting old friends.
Everything after that was as smooth and lovely as could be. Emma, Dharshak and the rest of the team answered all my questions honestly and with the most up-to-date knowledge. On the day, I was completely calm and relaxed. Every single staff member is on your side and guides you through the process step by step.
Dharshak Patel is a genius. He has given me perfect monovision! The procedure was completely painless and not even stressful!

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish - everyone who worked there were really lovely and reassuring. The treatment was easy and had I no issues. You can tell they are very experienced practise and Mr Carp even got in contact the same evening of my surgery to check everything was all okay. Worth every penny, now I don't have to bother with glasses anymore!

Best decision I made
It's a year since I had my laser eye surgery, and I am so glad I did it. I'm 61 and am delighted not to need glasses to read or for long vision. The team at London Vision Clinic are excellent and the service has been the best.

I had SMILE refractive surgery…
I had SMILE refractive surgery performed by Professor Dan Reinstein early July (five weeks ago).
Every appointment I attended was professional and it’s clear LVC have the upmost care for you. All consultations were transparent and Vimal exercised a lot of patience answering all my questions / risk level understanding.
My profession is heavily reliant on my visual standards due to strict regulations within aviation, yet I felt comfortable and confident to make that decision.
The results have been incredible, it’s the first time I’ve been able to read the lines on the vision chart since I can remember. Very impressed with my vision so far.

Quality of care, communication, and professionalism is second to none.
I had blended vision surgery at the London Vision Clinic recently and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Professor Reinstein and his team are outstanding. The quality of care, communication, and professionalism is second to none. Priya, my optometrist, explained the tests and process very clearly and gave me treatment for a dry eye problem that other specialists have not been able to resolve. The surgery itself was remarkably quick and comfortable. Professor Reinstein talked me through every step during the surgery which was reassuring and calming. The aftercare was excellent and gave me complete confidence that the team would help with any problem immediately. The results are amazing - I am glasses free after 40 years! I cannot recommend London Vision Clinic highly enough.

My overall experience at London vision…
My overall experience at London vision clinic was ‘easy!’ I spent so long on the fence about laser eye surgery but from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone I felt at ease and excited. My appointments with Nabila made me feel super comfortable to go ahead with the surgery, Glenn - my surgeon made me feel at ease before and through out the surgery. My only regret is not doing it Sooner. Can’t thank you enough.

Smile Surgery at London Vision Clinic
Having recently had my Smile Surgery performed by Professor Dan at the London Vision Clinic, I am absolutely delighted. The process as a patient is a breeze. Everyone you meet is so genuinely caring and remember you by name even if they haven’t seen you for a while! Rhiannon coordinated everything brilliantly, Emma the Optometrist explained everything perfectly, and Dan made the actual surgery completely painless and stress free, it was astonishingly quick! If you’re thinking about laser eye surgery disbelieve all the myths, don’t doubt it and give them a call! You’ll be saying at the end of it what we all say, “Why didn’t I do it sooner?!”. From the moment I had a consultation, my treatment, aftercare and to my recent discharge I have had the most amazing care. Brilliant care and service from the LVC team! Highly recommend.
I came to London Vision Clinic after my brother recommended it to me (he had his own eye surgery with LVC a year ago). The quality of patient care is simply brilliant. I was always kept aware of timelines, risks and all the details I needed to make an informed decision. I’m now 4 weeks post-surgery and I couldn’t be happier with how my eyes are healing so I highly recommend biting the bullet if you are thinking about laser eye surgery and getting a consultation! The whole admin and medical team are great but particular shoutout to the LVC team who I largely dealt with: Meghan (patient coordinator), Nabila (optometrist) and of course, Glenn (surgeon) who made me feel so calm and relaxed on the day of the surgery.
