Usually no problems. The staff are all very friendly and easy to talk with. However on this occasion I failed an application after putting down a deposit and I couldn’t get an immediate refund as the coin had been automatically sent. I now have to wait for the returns form to arrive and send it back. An unnecessary and frustrating task .

Why can't your people get things right your company is the worst coin company that I have dealt with the coin that I received is fine but the way things went I won't order anymore from you and my friends won't order from you.

Disgusted
Previously had issues with unwanted orders delivered with PIN verification despite numerous requests not to send out in this manner.
Received text message saying returned order had been received and proceeded to my account on 7th July. Then received demands for payment with late fees through the post last week. Today I received a text message threatening me with a debt recovery agency despite my account clearly showing an outstanding balance of £0.00
I am disgusted by their behaviour. I am hoping they will take back all products i have purchased from them over the last 7 years and provide a full refund.
