I attended this clinic on 11 November and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The consultation felt rushed and unprofessional; the doctor was on her phone when I entered, briefly glanced at my mole without examining it properly, and immediately suggested removal with “no scarring.” I was then sent to an assistant who did not discuss the procedure at all, but instead focused on payment and encouraged me to book immediately. The only “reassurance” offered was a few Google images, not results from actual patients, which made me even more uncomfortable.

I felt pressured into making a quick decision and ended up paying a deposit. Less than an hour later, I called to cancel, explaining that I felt forced and lacked proper medical information. I started calling the clinic on Tuesday, the same day I left, but was only able to get through on Thursday. During this time, my calls and emails went unanswered, and repeated promises of call-backs were not fulfilled. When I finally did speak to someone, the response to my concerns was dismissive, and a feedback call ended abruptly as soon as I expressed dissatisfaction.

Eventually, I was able to get the cancellation processed, but I only received half of my refund, despite the “consultation” lasting less than two minutes and providing no meaningful assessment.

Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in proper patient care or transparency. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.

Staff is really helpful. Yas was very friendly. Happy I went.

They did not treat me fairly. I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I thought they would help me on same day but I got no support for a whole week. Even small blood test cost me a lot. I decided to go to my GP and they treated me straight away, they were the real heroes. This is not a clinic to safe people, only to make them suffer and become broke. Do not trust them.

This dermatologist dr Charakida operated me for vaser and gave me an infection
She works illegally with the Harley body clinic who is not a registered clinic
This is very bad and you shouldn’t trust someone who works with illegal company possibly taking cash in hand but this is the police department job to investigate

Horrible. I saw dr. Hasna syed for acne, she barely spoke to me and didn’t ask me a single question that would help address my skin condition (not what I eat, my skin care routine, nothing at all). It seemed she didn’t want to hear my issues or give any advice, just prescribed me antibiotics without any information about myself. She didn’t even know when / what time I should take the antibiotics she prescribed, asked me to ask the pharmacist. Extremely bad service for the amount paid.

Was astonished to be offered next day service for removal of 3 pilar cysts! Highly competent surgeon , lovely nurse - totally professional, couldn’t have gone better. Totally recommended.Also thought the cost was reasonable.

Just had a cyst removed which wàs bigger and deeper than I realised. First class service.
Syed Mashhadi the surgeon made me feel very much at ease. Talked to me through the whole procedure. Didn't even feel the local anaesthetic. Such a lovely man. Many thanks to Hinal Solanki his nurse who was so very supportive. Highly recommend both the clinic and the surgeon and nurse.

I can’t stop feeling scammed. Consultation was not £169 as they said in their email, but £249. The price to remove a skin tag that couldn’t be removed by freezing or burning was… £749!!!! You can refuse paying this amount, but then you are forced to pay the £249 consultation fee. I feel totally robbed.
PS: The dermatologist could do with a refresher session of how to use aseptic gloves.

I recently made an enquiry about treatment, but the follow-up was overly aggressive and unprofessional. I received multiple calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages pushing for a same-day appointment, which wasn't suitable for my treatment needs. The approach seemed more focused on making a sale than prioritizing patient care. Needless to say, I was put off and would not recommend this clinic.

Dr, Charakida treated my eczema, and I’ve seen incredible results. Shakeela followed up to ensure everything was in order, and Aqsa was always available to clarify any doubts I had.

Never ever go here. It’s a scam. The place is filthy and they lie about their costs. They don’t Wash their hands. The place resembles toilet cubicles and they will charge you x5 what they initially quote. This place needs to be closed

I was looking for a quote for a small lipoma removal.Was asked to come in free of charge to discuss price.Why they couldn't tell me over the phone I do not know. I turned up was told to wait in a waiting room downstairs with 3 other people.Ten minutes later a man came downstairs for me and another person.Went up stairs to what looked a office space.Was not what I was expecting. I felt like I was in some dodgy back street alley clinic. I didn't see the guy that I was suppose to be seeing.I questioned does he even work there.A man took me into a room that was sectioned off with dividers and showed me a piece of paper.Quoted me nearly 900.I of course asked them about extra fees etc and was told no extra fees.I wasn't convinced.Reading the comments, I think i will give this place a miss.The website is very misleading.For the prices they are charging you would expect it to look like a proper clinic.I couldnt wait to get out of there.

had a mole removal with Dr. Charakida was quick and painless. Shakeela’s friendly nature and Aqsa’s detailed updates gave me complete confidence in their care.

i had psoriasis treatment with Dr. Charakida has been transformative. Shakeela created a welcoming environment, and Aqsa provided regular updates, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

Had to ask her why she was on the phone while seeing me
Got diagnosis confirmed and told my current treatment was inappropriate
Was then charged a supplement of £35 for a prescription
They advertise their fees as transparent
I was unable to see this supplement on their fee chart
Doctor did not appear to wash her hands before or after touching my scabies

This clinic needs investigation. Doctor did not wear gloves to examine. Sees you for less than two mins, then you are asked to see someone else who pushes expensive surgery as first option. Then they try to bargain on price. I left feeling compromised.

Don't call them! They tried to scam me after just called them to enquire - I did not agree to anything or confirm.

I waited for my appointment over two weeks
Day before I received phone call which confirmed my appointment and 15 minutes later I received email which said that my appointment is cancelled without any explanation

Very happy and pleased with my doctor very helpful and understanding
