A fantastic experience! Very professional and efficient. I went to the clinic for a consultation, expecting it to be just a consultation, 15 minutes later I was having the procedure.

Dr Charakida was an absolute delight to meet. I felt calm and relaxed, and trusted her completely.

I would not hesitate to come back, if another procedure was needed.

Discovered it wasn't a lipoma l, it was a cyst. The surgeon and team were very good and it went very well.

The whole team were very professional whilst at the same time very friendly. It was obvious when meeting Dr Charakida that she knew her stuff. She put me at ease straight away and provided all the necessary information that I needed to be comfortable with the procedure. I had a small lipoma removed from my forehead and no sooner had she started it was over. Relatively pain free.

I feel I was misled about the cost of my appointment. After I completed the website enquiry form, Harry, who handled my booking, contacted me several times. Before the appointment, he confirmed over the phone that £169, the consultation fee advertised on the website, would cover my visit, including the small procedure I had enquired about.

However, after a consultation lasting only a few minutes, I was escorted to a separate room to discuss payment and told the cost would be three times the amount I had been told to expect.

My concern is the discrepancy between the price confirmed before I attended and the price quoted once I was there. I would have appreciated clear, accurate pricing before confirming the booking and making the journey into Central London.

Very quick to get an appointment and same day removal of lesion on my hair line. However, thats where the good things end. £1920 for a 5 minute procedure to remove the lesion and testing in the labs. Yep, they really charge that & yet advertise mole removals from £295!!!! Be very careful of horrendous costs!!!!Consultant okay but i didn't see him or his assistant wash their hands once & whilst waiting, the assistant (who said he was also a doctor) was just watching a programme on his phone, whilst i was lay on the couch waiting for my lesion removal. Not at all the professional experience you expect from Harley street. It also took days to send an invoice through, despite various calls and emails. Not great and this clinic screams money making rather than good care. A really big disappointment.

I had a large lipoma totally removed today from my neck which I have had for many years and very self conscious about but Dr. Izamov did a brilliant job and I thank him and his Team for making me feel like a new person.

I called up for an emergency skin allergy assessment and request for a punch biopsy. I enquired about consultations fees and overall costs. The receptionist over the phone claimed it would be £169.00 for the initial consultation and £250 for the procedure. When they asked me to confirm my appointment the next day, I requested confirmation of the price breakdown. I was then told £169.00 for the initial consulation and a minimum of £800.00 for the punch biopsy. That's quite a jump in price!!!!

Not very forthcoming with their pricing and procedures. Poor service.

I never even made it to the clinic, I cancelled my appointment. The pre service treatment said enough about the clinic itself. Run!

i went there to have treatment on my face it was awful begging to get my treatment done never completed my treatment or care plan do not recommend them i am having to go somewhere else for the rest of my treatment make sure you read your care plan and get a copy we did not have this given or emailed to us better places to go to

Focussed on upselling unnecessary testing and cannot even supply a receipt.

I can’t rate Yaseen and the team highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Yaseen made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided exceptional care throughout my private procedure. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly approach truly stood out. The entire team delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. In the context of the plethora of dermatological clinics, I consider him to be a credit to your organisation.

I booked an appointment on Sunday, April 26th, seeking a second opinion while waiting for an NHS dermatology referral. While the initial booking was smooth, the clinical experience at my appointment on Monday, the 27th of April, was deeply upsetting.

I was assured the doctor would be thorough, but the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. I was immediately ushered next door to the office manager to be told I should get blood and allergy tests totaling nearly £2,000. I felt significant pressure to commit to these expensive tests with no compassion shown for my situation.

To make matters worse, the doctor told me the prescription would only be around £30 and could be taken to any pharmacy. However, when I got to my local pharmacy, I was told the cost was actually closer to £200. When I called the clinic on Tuesday, April 28th, to question why I was given such misleading information about costs and to ask why I was being pushed for extra tests, I was promised a call back that never happened.

It feels as though this clinic is more focused on selling expensive diagnostic packages than providing patient care. I left feeling unheard and exploited. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a thorough or compassionate medical opinion.

Dr Charakida was incredibly quick with the procedure and very considerate of how I was feeling, if there was pain etc. the entire team were quick and efficient

The staff were polite and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and she gave us the diagnosis within minutes and I would definitely recommend this practice to others.
