Excellent Service- Returning Client
I am a returning client of Alexander JLO as they helped me when purchasing my property in the GMV two years ago. I found Matt and his team to be professional and extremely helpful and am looking to use them again as a result. As such I am a little surprised to see a negtive review of them from a fellow GMV resident, as I believe Matt is a neighbour so is very posiitve about the area and a welcome comrade when dealing with all things GMV! Thanks team for your hard work and I look forward to speaking again. I also absolutely love my home!

Very very happy with them.
Amazing service, from peter, Lyn and Jan. They dealt with the conveyancing when I sold my property. Very very smooth and polite and organised. Very impressive, not to mention doing all this whilst having to work from home. I could not recommend them enough. Me and my family have used JLO for many years now and have never had any trouble.

The service was quick and efficient as there were no postal services and we only had to visit to in person twice as it was our preferred choice compared to the information being posted.
When we had arrived at the office, we were warmly welcomed.

Terrible service - instruct at your peril
I’m currently selling my shared ownership property with Alexander JLO. I’ve used a few different conveyancing firms over the years and I’m blown away by how poor the service is here. They are completely uncommunicative, and when you finally make contact - rude and dismissive. The sale is taking forever because my solicitor is incompetent. The other solicitors in the chain are constantly chasing him too to no avail. Please swerve this firm. I’m complaining directly to the HA too, as they are on the approved solicitors framework for some unknown reason. Dire.
