Customer service was flawless and the branded cupcakes we received looked great and tasted just as good as they looked.

I will definitely buy cakes from them again in the future.

Great service, fantastic quality

I received updates about when the cake (red velvet) was available to collect and it was very delicious - all my friends loved it too! The shop staff were also incredibly friendly and kind.

Easy to order, sizes very descriptive on the website, and I got to pick the location of where to pick up and what time when I placed my order. We ordered the large rainbow cake, and it was delicious. We had over 25 people at the party, and we had lots left. Lasted for days after, and I was very impressed

My daughter loves Lola's cupcakes and our favourite shop is this one on Shoreditch High Street, the gentleman serving there is incredibly nice and professional.

Cake was delicious, the birthday girl was very happy. Picked it up from the pick up point in Shoreditch. Very quick and easy. I've used the service 2 other times as well in the past and never had any issues.

I ordered some personalised cupcakes, upon transit some cupcakes got damaged but the colleagues at Lola’s cupcakes made sure to contact me super early on and correct the accident super fast. Upon collection they were very polite & overall I had a smooth and straight forward experience.

I ordered the mini cupcakes, with a picture of the birthday boy on them. They were perfect, and such a quick turnaround. Brilliant service. And delicious!

I ordered some cupcakes and a cake for my partners birthday and they were so delicious and will definitely purchase again! I went to the Shoreditch Lola’s to collect and there was a guy called Kalid and he was the loveliest guy and was so friendly and polite. Really put a smile on my face.

They came out exactly as I had hoped and were delicious.

Beautiful birthday cake - absolutely delicious too, was for a kids party and was an absolute hit with all the sweets ontop.

The vegan brownie cake was delicious and a good price for the high quality. It was easy for me to order online. On the day of the pickup i got an email and a text message with my pickup location, opening time and collection number. Will definitely come back.
