Very hostile about the "freebie" promotion
Lola's loves to promote their birthday "freebie" but when you go to collect it, they will do everything in their power to not give it to you. Although I have managed to get the free cake, I was met with a lot of hostility and they tried every trick in the bag to try not to give it to me. They have declined my partner two years in a row.

Did expect the cake to be wider and more jam inside the middle however, it still tasted beautiful. Would definitely order again
