Excellent service from the North Greenwich stall. Professional and efficient servers, highly commended. The mini cupcakes were a hit at work, too. Just wish they delivered!

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Incomplete delivery
The lady managing the order missed out on giving the birthday cake, when we went for collection. This caused great inconvenience as we had to travel back to collect the cake and also delayed our birthday celebration. Needless to say, my little one was quite upset on a day when all she needed to feel was happy.

Ordered the ombre cake with cupcakes…
Ordered the ombre cake with cupcakes for my son's 18th birthday November 2022. Service and cake were absolutely amazing, had to reorder the same for my other son's 9th birthday May 2023.
Once again, extremely pleased with the quality service on the phone and in person - even though it was a different branch. Thank you Lola. I'll be ordering again next month.

Great quality, delicious cakes and easy simple webpage to order from. Great presentation and no problem with delivery or collection. Ordered two cakes with other options for different days and it was a pleasure.
