Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Our cake from Lola’s was very tasty. We ordered a lemon and elderflower personalised birthday cake. The decoration was lovely, with edible flowers on the top. Collection was easy and, on time. Thank you

Delicious cupcakes!
This is the second time we’ve ordered from Lola’s Cupcakes now and we’ve been so impressed. Not only do the cakes look great, but they taste delicious and were perfectly baked! We’d definitely order from them again :)

40th Birthday Party Delight
From ordering to eating Lola’s made the experience easy and delicious! Instructions were clear for size and type of cake. Delivery to a restaurant was seamless and delivery updates exceptional. For a 40th birthday meal on a very busy, very rainy Sunday (it was Mother’s Day too) the service was outstanding. The cake was enjoyed by 3 year old and 75 year old too! Thank you very much.

I ordered a fresh berry cake for my birthday. It was so fresh, moist and utterly delicious! The sales representative at the London Bridge store was professional and courteous. I am from Australia and will return soon, however, if I was living here I would regularly call into Lola’s for a sweet treat. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience with your company.

Incredibly yummy gluten free Victoria sponge
The cake was imma late for a great price. The two men who served me that day as I picked up my order were very helpful and friendly. Will continue coming back to the unbeatable Lola!

Easy to pick up and yum!
So easy to pick up at London Bridge station. Really lovely cake! It did look small but it was only meant to do 8 portions although we probably got 12 portions out of it, so small but very mighty. Highly recommended!
