Loved the convenience of collecting at London Bridge and glad everything didn't melt. The team was super friendly too!

The black cake tasted so good - all my guest commented on how soft it was, and the icing was genuinely tasty - which is rare!

Knocking a point because I did get mini photo cupcakes made and they were done quite messily (one topper had slid off, the others were warped and looked weird). I did let them know and they arranged for new ones the next day free of charge. These looked great and so different to the others. It was brilliant that they were able to rectify it so quickly.

Lola is a very reliable company. I always use them and guarantee good quality and product.

Truely succulent and by far the best combo ever. The Red velvet so fluffy, the raspberry and chocolate to die for. The lemon has a beautiful kick, and my god am I missing my blueberry flavour . The cakes are deliciously moist ready to eat all day everyday!

The cupcake itself was very enjoyable but the staff taking care of the London Bridge Underground branch on Monday evening were rude and bare minimum. I waited patiently for the server to acknowledge that I was waiting to be served as he appeared very busy on his phone. After what felt like a minute, I asked if he was serving. He replied yes with a bored, inconvenienced tone and continue to serve me so in the same manner. Not the customer service ypu want when you're treating yourself to a cupcake. Not very on brand let's say.

Not many places do a vegan and gluten free cake but Lola's did and it was absolutely delicious - rich in flavour and looked exactly as it did on the website

Picked up our cake & by the time I got home (40mins) cream cheese icing melted on the side of the cake. Tasted very good but did not look appealing.

Cake received as expected and my son loved it for his 18th birthday

I placed an order for gluten free cupcakes, next day collection from London Bridge station. They were ready on time, looked fab and of course, when it came to eating them, tasted delicious! My husband isn’t GF but he enjoyed them hugely and couldn’t tell they were GF! A big thumbs up from both of us.

I ordered 70 mini cupcakes for my wedding reception with a personalised photo on top.
They were easy to collect and so delicious! I knew I wanted Lola’s because they are my favourite cake in London and they went down a treat with my wedding guests. I would definitely order again for any upcoming events or celebrations!
