This cake was beautifully made and tasted lovely.... The photo cake was fantastic for our non verbal daughter - who absolutely enjoyed her birthday

Beautiful cakes , excellent everything especially the limited edition Raspberry and Rose cupcake, it would be lovely if it was available all year round !

Customer service was terrible and when I asked questions they did not know the answers.

It was a little on the small side for the price and unfortunately the unique taste was not there

Good experience in general. However, I had ordered cupcakes for an event that was pushed back by a week (due to unexpected circumstances) and was not able to cancel/modify the order as I had passed the policy timeframe for it. A real shame because the cupcakes looked really cute. We still had them a week later and they were still good though! Everyone was happy.

I ordered a cake for a Maternity Leave send-off party at work. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, which was a great start! The reaction of everyone to the flavour and quality of the cake, however, was OUTSTANDING. There were so many comments about just how moist and flavoursome the cake was, and how beautifully decorated. I will definitely order from Lola's again.

Delicious cake, good service.

My order was extremely soggy and looked absolutely knackered. I picked it up from liverpool st thinking it would be fresh but the macarons were all soggy and fell off by the time i was home. The lady did not even sticker the box to keep the box sealed.

It looked like the cupcakes had been waiting in there for a week and we ended up throwing a few away. Bad quality

I didn’t get the cakes delivered as they always come out dry from the van - I went to collect them and they were definitely tastier than when they are delivered. They stay moist for abit longer when you collect them from the shop somehow!

I love the vanilla cupcakes and this time I treated myself to one with sprinkles. I enjoyed the crunch. It was a well deserved treat in the morning and I couldn’t wait till after lunch, I ate it as soon as I got in to the office. The staff are always friendly and helpful at Liverpool Street station.

I have ordered 12 cupcakes to celebrate the international women's day. Cupcakes where fresh and delicious, available for collection just after 3pm. I would totally recommend!

Lola's cupcakes are not only delicious but the presentation is fantastic and the customer service is great. We get all our cakes from Lola's from birthday cakes to big occasions.
